    In my case your statement is not true. I work for a non profit corporation with a predominantly black staff and my executive director is a black woman.

    We have partnership with other black corporations such as the Magic Johnson Foundation which also has a largely black staff and corporate structure.

    I know this began as a joke but lets cease with the negative stereotyping.
