In the Spirit of Brown vs Black,

Hispanic Racism Goes Unreported

But another kind of racism has emerged, unreported by the mainstream media. I’m talking about Hispanic racism against African Americans.

As Latin American immigrants continue to flood the United States, both legally and illegally, discrimination against African Americans grows.

In 2011, a large Latino gang located in East Los Angeles was indicted for attempting to forcibly remove an African American neighborhood from the San Gabriel Valley. For 15 years, this gang led a campaign of attacks and fire bombings on African American families living in the town.

Unfortunately, incidents like this are all too common in Los Angeles and in other major U.S
. cities.

Admittedly, the same patterns reflected and reflect the paths to power and wealth, if the main role models were or are bigoted/racist/reactionary white folk...

You misunderstood the basis of my criticisms/disagreements/etc., as in--I'm just as aware, when it comes to our other african descended relations in the Americas, other haters were and are a bad reflection of their merely larger numbers, which is what gets reflected by the way of their arrogence/ignorance/etc., then when our other black neighbors stand up and speak out, by the other folks hidden or not so hidden fears ad naseum...

FYI

I believe a forum for evaluation of importance should have many voices so nothing gets overlooked, or keeping it centered on truth; or, keeping the road clear of wrong turns.

By what I have read, is it true that police let the white criminal go and only arrest black?

I have said before and agree that trying to gather hispanics to be a coalition against anything with black is not going to happen. Most Mexican people think their lives are better in America. A few take it for granted they have the freedom to join gangs.

In case any want to hear a story, I saw some youth wearing gang color. There was a shooting death by an opposing gang. There were plans being made to go and get revenge with guns. The next day a gang representative in his late thirties wearing their color showed up in the parking lot and all these youth were gathered together around him. He stood and talked to them for at least a half our. It had a look of a Jesus in the middle of them.

The next day all these young people had their color off and their plan didn't go forward. How many lives do you think that saved? Violence begets violence and extreme hate from all people in society. Wouldn't it be true that if that war started up, the general population who heard about it would say send the cops in to get them one way or another?

Nobody has anything to say against peaceful demonstrations and big lawsuits. Peaceful demonstrations tend to convince people. Violent demonstration, gets attention, but negative. After that people get mad and disgusted by the destruction they saw, get hurt as victims one way or another, and then for that reason the world turns against the people.

Regarding white people, does anyone remember the Weathermen? Hydra? and another one which I can't remember. All I remember is they were violent, and then the cops went in to get them, and their headquarters burned down. It was called the Policeman's Barbecue.

So now in International TV there were four bicycle police to protect black students as they demonstrated, because this is a national right to do so. A car came and drove through the middle of the bicycle police. Some following behind the students with them, not the students, called "Hit them again!" You know what that sort of thing does for the cause of reform? Slam doors. Nobody will listen because credibility is lost.

In what way do you think violence moves the community forward?

What is the basis of your knowledge etc. about Mexico:

Do recall that the conflict between Mexico and the U. S. had to do with how the white founders of their beloved former republic of Texas had also intended to for it to be ushered in as a slave state, and during it's revolution, Mexico had ended that outright violation of human rights, which was led by another person of African descent, Vincente Guerrero, decades prior to it...

As regards the equally sad legacy of the present day Mexican American gang culture: That began as their reaction to white racism, as well, as in the barrios of those who weree U. S. citizens because of what side of the borders the descendants of the ancestors of the original occupants of these lands remained on, etc.

Actually, their loyalty to the Catholic Church, ( as in their strong faith etc.), also reflects how they are usually characterized as humble/loyal/etc. and the most saught out of hard working (though also low paid) workers...

The the truth was and is some do mean Mexican or Puerto Rican when they apply the catch all label of 'hispanics'...

Do also let us rise above/beyond/etc. the popular myths, seek out that the facts are, then to find better means/ways/etc. to resolve what are issues/problem/etc. plaguing us people of color, whose real enemies are among those who don't intend for any of us to be their true equals, etc.

Why Don't Conservatives See Racism?

You can build an extensive library on the books detailing the long and sordid history of racial discrimination in the United States. You can find volumes of books on the attempts by activist liberals to convince the country to live up to its promise of equality for all.

Conservatives have a strong presence in both collections -- as perpetrators of racial discrimination in one and obstructionists of racial equality in the other.

This historical narrative shows no signs of changing, given the reactions of the far right to recent events, including restricting voter registration, blocking immigration reform, and the grand jury decisions in Staten Island, N.Y., and in Ferguson, Missouri.

White Ignorance at the Core of Racial Tensions

The "real problem" with Ferguson, New York, Cleveland or any other city where the police have executed black males is not "an attitude of victimhood." No, the real problem is the group who sit in their ivory tower doling out sage advice to people they clearly don't understand about a situation they have no experience with that does nothing but increase the ever widening gap in race relations. Because pretending to know what it's like to be black in America isn't even remotely close to actually being black in America.
