I have to agree with this on all points. I've seen how applicants of all shades are treated when they apply for a job at where I work at. If they use slang, it's over with, if they are not dressed decent, it's over with, and forget about saggin, you've just wasted time filling the application out. An high school diploma will not even get you an application, I've seen many people get told the truth, and that is you need at least an AA to even be looked at.
