Black People : Food Stamps Getting Cut

... But raising a community or communities is much harder and require more debate and discussion.

Its very difficult for me to pass up the opportunity of showing how the above, underscores my central theme, all along; yet, there is clear impasse between us on the issues. So I'm done here, knowing that nothing fruitful will ever come to this Thread, it will only die off and fall back into the Archives having achieved nothing meaningful toward our black unity, on this Site, we appear to love.

Should I call you on your attitude, I thought you were ignoring me, wanted me to respect that wish but it seems you come at me when its convenient for you. I don't know how to take that brother, you put me on blast in front of everyone because we disagree on a few issues, making it appear I'm difficult to have discussions with. Are you attempting to discredit me? I have to ask out right because your behavior seems odd, I asked you the other day why are you expressing such strong disapproval of me all of sudden, do I need to find the post and quote myself? Its the one where you posted an Aretha Franklin video of her song, "R.E.S.P.E.C.T" right after, I'm sure you recall, it was funny to you wasn't it?

Its nothing to speak of individual success stories, we all know White Supremacy is okay with one negro at a time but when too many try to enter the realm of success there's an issue. When talking of raising the African world with a renaissance we have to have more serious discussion, where we talk about what can be done based upon available material. Don't make pretense you don't understand my words, my words are always plain, I very seldom use big syllable and confusing words. I do this for a reason that is to be able to speak to everyone but my vocabulary strength is very strong.

I am the grand nephew of Booker T. Washington, I've been a member of the N.O.I under The Hon. Louis Farrakhan since I was a teenager. I've always been about African Nationalism, I became dismayed with the Farrakhan's call for a Million Man March, I was in college at the time, my feelings were we could have sent so many brothers and sisters as well to college and had a ton of experts for all the money was wasted appealing to Washington, D.C. These people made it clear that they the U.S Government are a White nation and Black independent freedom and prosperity is a threat to their national security. They have sent counter-intelligence agents amongst to sabotage our desires for a better life for our people, they pumped crack cocaine into California and its well documented the U.S Government did that not the mob or Columbians. Although it provokes the heart to know these abuses went unpunished, never admitted or apologized for and decimated so many of our communities nationwide we can't retaliate, we are too weak. We are in a spiritual war and we must confront this evil with practical civilization building, we must let the world know we exist as a contributor and not a thug nation.

Foodstamps the topic of this thread are a handout plain and simple, we need to own farm land and feed ourselves, Mr. Washington pushed agriculture, taught students to farm, he built a brick furnace and spurned the brick home industry which employed many Blacks including the small towns that were burnt down. Orisions is always talking about the Tulsa model or the G.A.P model of economic empowerment but they also benefited from Mr. Washington. Tuskegee was a teacher college where Blacks not only learned to read and write but became school teachers who went out and taught many other Blacks to read. Some took their reading and writings skills and became business owners, Mr. Washington was called by Europeans the Builder of Civilization.

But the Bougie class of Negros, with your professional degrees, your fraternal and masonic memberships, do nothing but talk and write books. Your idea is getting the people tied up in protesting, marching, filing court suits, voting for your secret lodge brothers and sisters and literally keep the people wandering in the wilderness. Some of you become FBI agents and infiltrate Civil Rights and African Nationalists groups to be provocateurs and saboteurs, why do such evil to your own people who just want to live free and prosper? Why do you want to hide the light?

There you go again, see what happens when you start thinking? Never said you were on ignore, never. I post at will and at whim, and you also have that same right, every post doesn't require a response.

With of all the above, you never addressed my chief concern, here it is again:

Its very difficult for me to pass up the opportunity of showing how the above, underscores my central theme, all along; yet, there is clear impasse between us on the issues.

All of us understand the issues, we all see the problem, we all have a solution, but we don't all worked together as you say, brother:

"When talking of raising the African world with a renaissance we have to have more serious discussion, where we talk about what can be done based upon available material."

This Thread presented that opportunity for us to have more serious discussion, and its been blown. No meeting of the minds, just talk, rhetoric, not action, no plan; not even an attempt at such.

But now you've gone personal in our conversation, with all the you's and your's and book writing, etc... Thought you were better than that, I really did, especially in view with your esteem background and all.

I am the grand nephew of Booker T. Washington, I've been a member of the N.O.I under The Hon. Louis Farrakhan since I was a teenager. But thanks for sharing, I now fully understand; you were, are and remain confused. You thoughts are unreasonable, here's why. After saying the above, notice what you say, down below:

But the Bougie class of Negros, with your professional degrees, your fraternal and masonic memberships, do nothing but talk and write books. Do you see the error of your ways, if not, I can only pray for you and nothing more?

No disrespect intended, but that is because you do appear to be difficult to have a discussion with.
