There are powers in this world I do not understand, all of them are of African origin.

I do not have a wealth of studies like many of my Warriors and Queens at destee. But I have an eye, and I have an ear. I can see things I try to explain rationally, and I hear things I try to repeat. Forgive me, because I do fail at both, at times.

The place that I see and the place that I hear from is a mystery to me, but maybe not to some of you. Because of this so-called "gift" I've met Men and Women who walk on the darker side of town. I find myself trying to place them into boxes labeled good and evil. These labels are limiting. What is good that is not evil?

We often speak about African spiritual power here, and the true religion of our Ancestors. But sometimes these powers are romantized. We would like to call these powers supernatural, and we often do. But maybe these abilities are very natural, and we are the ones who have digressed far beyond the prowess of our former selves. Yet, this is not true for all.

I was once told this by a Brotha a few years ago:

I started studying the occult, (or so-called) not because I wanted to get into, but because I wanted to explain what I was seeing. I needed a logical answer for "the writings on the wall" - the people who appeared in my dreams with ideas and news about people I knew. There is an overwhelming amount of information circulating about, dark magic, chaos magic or plain old voodoo and witch craft. I know very little if not, nothing about these things. My studies have led me to symbols, images and words. I've seen only part of the system that controls the world, but I know of those who can see the entire machine.

Some of you have already asked, if Africans had all this power why didn't they use it to free themselves from slavery. That is not an answer for me to give. I live in a metaphysical hall of mirrors, I can only see what they will show me.

Perhaps those of you who study these things, can use this thread to expound on those details. As for me, I am just here to ask questions about what I am seeing and hearing, and to give out information about what I've heard so far.

    THE POWER OF SYMBOLS

I have one theory to suggest that all markings, letters, numbers etc., are actually "sigils" which are small symbols/shapes/gyphs used for magic.

This would be a more elaborate sigil symbol.

Here's what was written about this sigil by it's creator:
    http://www.flyingfists.org/archives/000450.html

We really shouldn't take words or symbols so lightly....the cross itself is a symbol of magic. I wonder what it means, don't you?

See anything familiar? These are medieval sigils.

    More to come....

I saw the nazi symbol in there.
The rola looks like the inside motion of a fan.
The degno looks like a pitchfork or candle holder.
    Interesting.
    List more!

If we were to study the magical symbols and sigils of ruling cultures, we would find many of the same symbols we use today. The question for many people is, how can sigils work as forms of magic anyway? After all, they're just images right?

Well, let us consider the ink blots that most psychologists use to test the brain. Why do those work? An ink blot produces an optical illusion, different people see different things. Again, we are talking about the sub-conscious computer. There is a sub-reality hidden inside every image, symbol and even word we use. A reality that our minds are familiar with.

Do you see the Devil standing in front a fiery hell, taunting you with his wing span of power? Why would we see anything at all, it's just ink.

But sigils are much deeper than that. I would say they work because of the superconscious mind that connects all living things. Most people don't believe such a mind exists. Well, maybe we can find another name to call it. This is how people know when to ask you for money for example. Then you wonder to yourself, how did they know I had the money to give? Its magic...

A sigil's power comes from the magician themselves. This symbol has to be "charged."

Christians should be very familiar with the process. What do you think you are doing when you are worshiping up to a Cross, or an image of "Christ"- you are creating a symbol of magic. I find this interesting, since most Christians are always talking about God forbidding witchcraft, and all along-

Witchcraft is being practiced in the Church...

So a sigil works basically because the magician charges up the symbol, and this charging up works because of the superconscious mind. This means that, you can create a symbol right now, any symbol- no one has to see it yet. You use any method to concentrate on that symbol in order to give that symbol its power. Once that process is complete, then you issue that symbol out into the world. The superconscious will take it from there.

Is that believable? Is it possible? Think about it, why does "E" make an Eeee sound? Does it really? Or has our minds be trained to think it does? In fact, what is an "E" anyway?

    See it?
So, let's think about this now. If the process of creating a symbol of magic, is simply giving the energy of concentration, meditation and emotion. Are we creating symbols of magic while watching TV? Looking at images? And is this process restricted to images alone...how about words and names?

We will go into this further. But now that many of you are conscious of what images and symbols really are. Protect your minds as we go deeper into this....

The church cross was built from the orginal cross(the ankh) so why would the church cross be of witchcraft and the ankh isn't?
Not all crosses look like the church cross you presented.
You mentioned images and the subconcious mind.
When we were younger we had this picture of so called jesus.
We starred at it for a while and then looked on the wall and there his image would appear.
Very freaky to us as children.

    Hmmmm!

If you look at the nodes of the cross, you will see the structure which represents the Tree of Life.

Peace Cursed Heart. I am so very glad you pointed that out.

"The church cross was built from the original cross (the ankh) so why would the church cross be of witchcraft and the ankh isn't?"

What I am about to tell you is very important, because it demonstrates precisely why symbols or sigils can be used to hypnotize or speak to the subconscious.

Since the Ankh came before the cross, the laws or "charges" for this symbol has already been established by our Ancestors, right? So the codes for the ankh are already uploaded into the superconsious mind that distributes the data to all living minds.

So if we are to understand that the top portion of the Ankh represents the womb, then it is safe to say in most new versions of the cross, that womb is closed, or in some cases completely cut off.

Now what kind of people would do that? Why would anyone take the symbol of the Ankh- which represents eternal life and rebirth, and make it into a symbol that represents death?

Keep in mind the Ankh was and still is used in magic. The Christian cross has become a representation of different ideas. For example it also a phallus symbol for some. There are other Crosses like the "Tau" that are found in just about every culture in the world.

My thoughts may suggest that magicians and spiritual scientists are the ones who create religions. Not the other way around. And certain religions are founded to keep the people asleep on in a state of mind where those who study the true science of that religion can benefit.

I didn't want to get into "names" yet, but let's take the name "Jesus" as an example. The magical duality of this name is saying "G - Zeus"- I think a light bulb should've gone off somewhere.

What does G represent? God - Geometry, this is perhaps the most powerful of all sacred masonic symbols. But it also represents God in science.

Zeus as we all know is the King of all Greek Gods. We can go deeper into why this name was created. This is just an example of religious magic. Knowing the duality of words and names is important. And also knowing the sound and emotion behind the symbol is more important than the symbol itself.

So if we were to pronounce the duality of "God" it would be "Gee - Odd"

    interesting.

The masonic symbol "G" in some cases is featured as the number 7 and as a cross. We can trace all alphabets back to KMT. Keep in mind even sigils come from professional type designers and scribes. These symbols usually developed over generations, and its actually amazing how close to the original symbols the greek alphabet still is. This might indicate just how welded these symbols are in our subconscious.

Based on what KMT scholars suggest, the hieroglyphs indicate "G" as a pot stand, and a soft "G' as the Cobra. So it is possible then that this Cobra symbol is reptilian. The number "7" is the cobra standing up, and the symbol for "G" itself is the cobra turning its tail inward.

I don't want my theories to start any debates, I'm mainly speaking about what I am seeing thru the subconscious and superconscious. We all know when it comes to KMT researchers this information can be sketchy. The number "7" could just as well be the palm branch, which is said to measure time.

But the reason I am associating the letter G- with the cobra/snake is because the cobra is a very important symbol in dark magic.

Here's one of my own drawings of a protective staff that has been used to ward off special people in the past. The staff itself is harmless. But its what it suggests to the subconscious of a guilty party that makes the difference.

Going back to the superconscious-subconscious mind relationship. The reason why most spells spoken in ancient languages work because all languages come from the same template of sounds and codes. We access this information genetically using the subconscious. So for example, we can look at sigils or letters and know nothing of their meaning, and still be affected because our subconscious mind understands them perfectly.

Story tellers and artists are very important to the molding of societies in ancient cultures and even now. Often times they are one in the same. Knowing that we can surely see how Sarapis and Zeus are the same, in that the stories and imagery intertwines. We can also see how Sarapis is the known Jesus.

The study of symbols and names came from my fascination with metaphysics and nature. Both has lead me to a better understanding of images and my work as an Artist. Dark magic for me, is how these materials, images, words, symbols etc., can be used to produce causality.

So when we look at African spiritual rituals- rituals from vodun of even the ancient rituals of the dark African majji, what are we looking at? We are looking at causes producing effects. We are looking at how certain materials carry their own cosmic signature, and thus when brought together in a certain composition can create a cause, it's the job of the magician to channel the effect to the desired element.

One of the most remarkable symbols I've found is called a "mandorla." Next to the circle and cobra, to me- this is a very important symbol in dark magic. The mandorla is interesting because, I was told about it in a dream. I was looking at different designs, and in the dreams I realized that, the eyes, most leaves, the hands, lips, even the opening of the penis and the vagina all had the same design, and that design is the mandorla.
A mandorla is produced by overlapping two circles. And it usually means the bringing together of two opposites, as in heaven and earth, man and woman etc.

Its also amazing where the symbol of the mandorla is used.

Some might notice the mandorla is the symbol for the Yoni as well. And even the Womb which is closed on the Cross, yet open on the Ankh. When this symbol is used on the sub-conscious, the effects always depend on the magician. However this symbol covers such a wide variety of parts on the body, that it is perhaps one of the most powerful symbols in magic.
