I find this guy very annoying. Clearly he has no notion of a Machiavellian reality. China poses as much a threat, if not more, as the West. Best approach is to turn inward not outward. The problem with Africa is their corrupt leaders that allow Africa to be exploited. Purging them is the first step to unification. I'd say start with strong internal security, then military. Defeat the Arab in the North and their Islamic influence, remove christianity and play the US against the Chinese. Strong leadership means an iron fist security and intelligence that quietly and efficiently removes the elements dangerous to African unification without abusing its power and never at the expense of the innocents. I'm also against democracy in africa. it won't work there. I like the chinese or better singaporian model.
