Meat Recipe : Chicken Salad

    1 qt. cold boiled chicken, chopped
    2 cups salad dressing
    2 hard boiled eggs
    1 pint celery, cut fine
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    6 olives

    Mix chicken w/ celery and 1 egg, cut into small pieces.
    Marinate w/ a little French dressing and let stand in refrigerator 1 hr.
    Serve on lettuce leaf and spread salad dressing over top.
    Garnish w/ olives and remaining egg, cut into pieces.

    Thanks Nisa for the salmon tacos recipe. I make teriyaki salmon tacos on saturday with a friend of mine, and they were the shhhh!!!!

    I made chicken salad the other night. I like it very plain. Boiled Purdue chicken (less fatty) Helmans mayo, chopped celery, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. It turned out well. I had one question, what is the best way to chop the chicken? Is there one direction to cut that makes it easier?
