Tasty stuff 1 lb groundbeef 2 1/2 cup of milk 1/4 cup ketchup 2 tbsp yellow mustard 1 tbsp onion powder 1 pkg 12oz. shell & cheese dinner 1/4 cup sour cream 1 cup chopped tomatoes 1/4 cup sliced green onion brown meat add milk / ketchup / mustard and onion powder mix well to a boil stir in the shells 10 mins. add in cheese sauce and sour cream until well blend add tomatoes and onions let it simmer and serve .
