    Okay Brothers, i'm call'n yall out. Everybody knows that yall are good at maintaining great bodies, staying fit and stuff.

    Oh gosh ... wait ... i just began to hyperventilate think'n 'bout how well yall do that thing yall do ... :blush:

    Okay ... now ... breeve destee ... okay ... okay ... i'm better ... where was i ... ?? ... oh yeah ... :look:

    Yall are good at maintaining great physiques, losing weight, all of that stuff.

    This overweight phenomena that plagues us collectively, hasn't impacted yall to the same degree as it has us (Sisters).

    So tell us, what do we need to do. Please give us some tips, suggestions, and stuff, on how yall stay so fine ... so we can do it too.

    We (i) need you.

    Give up the carbs and dance, honey!

    No sodas, no cheese, give up on the white things, bread, milk, suger for the most part.

    chicken, fish and vegies, lots of fruits and dance dance baby dance!
