Brother James ... please don't call people out of their names, which includes troll.

I understand your desire to warn us, and that you've done this often in the past, but it's not fair to new Members.

Just because someone doesn't sound Black, are in fact White, or thinks differently than you, does not make them in violation and not welcome here.

What you are doing goes against our new higher standard, [ame="http://destee.com/forums/showthread.php?t=63315"]making people not feel welcome here[/ame], so please stop.

If you don't like the way they sound, or think they are White, or whatever reason you deem them not worthy of your time and attention, then don't give it to them.

In addition, your line of questioning makes the discussion personal, which is another violation ... it's best to keep things on topic, it's much less disruptive.

If he (anyone) is a troll, or in violation, let the Moderating TEAM handle it ... we are watching, even if we don't come to the same conclusion you do, or when you do.

In the meantime, they and everyone willing to abide by our rules and purpose, are welcome.
