No coincidence Queen River. Perfect timing is never a coincidence, its a designed plan. Just like that Brotha "stepping to you" like that was part of a designed plan. Its clear that you are trying to translate the "vibe" you got from the situation, but you acted on that vibe- kudos to you.

Too often Men and Women get "vibes" and don't act on them. In retrospect many opinions can be said about your actions, but in the end, it's your life, your body, your destiny. Besides, there are enough Women in the world for that Brotha to step to and get the perfect response he desires.

The situation was one of many where you can prove to yourself once again, that No- you are not one of those Women, and no this is not what you desire or deserve. Men and Women go through transitions all the time. Men and Women also look for, pray for, prey on, people they can depend on, seduce, entrap because of the situation they are in. It is wrong? Its Human nature. To deny we don't do this when we are in fearful circumstance is to deny being afraid.

If I had a daughter and I was unemployed I would be looking for a nice good Sistah too. Usually the issue is most of us don't like admitting when we are afraid or destitute- we would rather put our Mac-Game face on. Honestly, I would be afraid in that situation and I would reach out for a Woman, a Motherly Female to help me. And don't worry about me, because I would find one. Being unemployed wouldn't erase my charm and respect.

Queen River, you shouldn't be offended. See it as a situation where you declared to to the world they type of Woman you are. And perhaps seeing you in action inspired the Brotha somewhat. Being in transition is not the crime. Like a job interview its all in how we sell ourselves. You know there is a big difference between a Unemployed Man and a Man unwilling to work. I've been unemployed, but I've never in my life been a Man unwilling to work.

Some Men are in the situations they are in because they are unwilling to work, not all but some. They expect Life to bend over for them. When I was unemployed like this Brotha I was attracting Women to me. I babysat, I mowed lawns, I did everything most single Women with Homes and Families needed me to do. I didn't want to do it, but I had to do it. But in that situation romance is usually not on my mind. Yeah, a few painted toes led to other things, but the point is- I'm trying to get on my feet...not paint yours.

Queen River, you saved yourself a bunch of money on your "life insurance" by switching on your third eye. Now if you turn around and marry this Brotha don't quote me.

Yes, I would try to start something with a woman when I don't have a job...I would try to start a business. Now how could I do that if she doesn't even talk to me when I step to her?
