    The American Heritage Dictionary defines revolution as "The overthrow of one government and its replacement with another.".

    Some of the items which you listed fail to meet the definition.

    If 90% of the union doesnt participate in union activities, then the members get what they deserve. After all, the union is the sum of all it's parts, not that thing over there.
