Black People : Are Blacks U. S. Citizens?

I posted a while ago that our people were not citizens in America. The law as well as common sense dictates this. This is the primary reason that we have to have laws passed ever so many years giving our people the right to vote among other things. This is something that you do not give to a people who are actually citizens of a country because that right is naturally theirs and requires no special law or renewel of those laws. Furthermore, when did our people ever go to the polls to decide IF they even wanted to be citizens here? That alone is the hallmark of IF we were really free....CHOICE. Secondly, the minute that "The United States" became a corporation by using the words "OF" America, it became a business and not a nation and one can not be a citizen of a corporation.

Now here's the sad part; Obama won't even pass a law making the so called initial law a permenant one that requires no renewal, whereby we wouldn't have to worry about future YT people not renewing it.

:puke:

Yeppers .... African-Americans are U.S. citizens.

In fact, the designation U.S. citizen was created via the 14th Amendment almost specifically for the purposes of incorporating those freedmen into some body politic.

The U.S. government couldn't force States to induct freedmen into their body politics.

Essentially, this was all done under war powers.

Prior to the 14th Amendment, the designation was citizen of the United States as stated in the U.S. Constitution.

State citizenship was much more prominent prior to the 14th Amendment.

Prior to the 14th Amendment, citizenship was first through the several (individual) States and then the United States.

The 14th Amendment reverses this making citizenship federation wide with said citizen being a resident of the State.

President Obama will "still" be in office when this issue comes up again....
Well stated...my love!:hearts1:
