It is not surprising to see that slaves love their white masters. This is to be expected. As Malcolm once said: the house slaves loves his master more than he loves himself. But, my issue is not really with those who love their master even to the point of hating themselves, or hating anyone who share their blood, their history and their African identity. My issue with those who hate themselves beyond all reasoning. Of course they can find no scientific or historic basis for such self-hatred. So, they are reduced to telling ridiculous lies. Okay. Lie if you must. But, do not expect intelligent and thinking Africans to believe your lies. We are determined to find solutions to our problems and we cannot do so based on lying back and forth. Arabs have negative attitudes towards Africans, mainly Africans in America who love their masters more than they love other Africans. Surprise: not only do Arabs feel this way; every self-respecting people in the entire world feel this way. Take African immigrants, for instance. So, I hate to say this. But, if the truth be told, I feel exactly the same way as any Arab, African or Asian immigrant feels towards knee-grow Americans. And, I will tell you why. Immigrants, especially African refugees come to this country with very little, virtually nothing. As soon as they get here, they immediately but a taxicab, a small grocery store, a rental property, etc. In a couple of years they are well on their way to becoming financially independent. When they succeed here, knee-grows start to complain and gripe and whine. There was a situation in Southern California about 30 years ago. It involved Vietnamese refugees and other Asians who had built up small storefronts and began to service Africans by providing convenience store services. Did Africans appreciate the positive contributions that these refugees were making to our community? Did they try to learn from observing their success? Did they try to do what they saw the refugees doing? No. Instead, they continued to sell dope, pimp our women and commit innumerable crimes of all sorts. When the Asians showed them a better way, they responded by rioting and burning Asian owned stores. I am still very ashamed of this, it still embarrasses me 30 years later. So, I have decided to copy the positive contributions made in our community from immigrants from Africa, Asia and Arabia. By doing so, I have learned that I can find no partners among my own people in the community. As a result, I have spent these past several years reaching out to the immigrant community. All of my closest friends are Arab, African and Asian immigrants. I receive moral support from them in the face of so much negativity from knee-grows. This is how I came to learn about Islam. So, I came to think that Islam is what makes us successful when knee-grow Christians are mostly losers, crabs in a barrel who want to see me fail the same way that they are failing. As a result, I find my comfort among our brothers and sisters from Africa, from Arabia and from Asia. Our latest initiative involves a project that I have named the African Arab Asian Alliance.
