My daughter gave me an organic plant over the weekend. I have been cutting small portions off and chewing it. Depending on the individual. If a shot of wheat grass is taken for the first time. That individual may experience nausea. My daughter did and she couldn't hold her lunch. I wont be going to the Jamba Juice store to buy one. I read most of the postings users logged online. According to them a little or a lot will do wonders. By the second day, I did have an energy serge like drinking a five hour energy, or when I over dose on espresso shots.

I am gonna look up if it has the same effects...ya know sometimes nutrients aren't extracted unless you blah blah this or that or whatever...definitely want to try the stuff.
