Everybody has their opinion or whatnot on what this uncle should'v and shouldn't have done. Comprehending on what Destee just said,..it aint easy raising a child in a city that is indulged in criminal activities. Gangs and crimes are so bad up in New Orleans. And to think i almost moved there just because i wanted my kids to learn to the music skills there. That quickly changed my mind when a family member's baby got shot by a driveby shooting. Parents just need to think of other solutions before putting the belt to the behind. Thats all i'm say'n..
