African Traditional Religion : Question for those that follow a Kemetic practice

No problem and not at all.

Shemsu Heru means "path of ascension". The name "Heru" means "to rise above".

My personal spiritual lineage goes back to present day Nubia, which is where I first learned of the Kemetic ways.

One and the same.

Tehuti governs the Oracle.

Yes, but rarely amongst American Blacks, unfortunately. For the Nubians, yes.

The only Sheps that speaks directly to me (that I have heard) is my Mother (RIP). I receive indirect messages quite often though. My Queen receives from virtually all her Sheps, as well as mine. When my Father returned to the Essence 2 years ago, both my Queen and my Mother helped his Ka transition into the Du'at.

The Oracle determines the Nturu. Also, My Orisha is Shango.

It depends on the Ntr. For Nturu such as Sekhmet, Herukhuti, etc., Labors are usually required. For Nturu such as Ausar, Auset, etc, Vegetation and Libations are given.

During Hep Sed and Heb Nem, the Equinoxes.

I personally honor the Orisha that governs me. I've consulted Baba's when Sheqhemu or Sheqheti are no available to me, or when a Shepsu guides me to do so.

Yes. Though I do not know the precise correlations at the moment. Volume 1 of Metu Neter outlines this, though.

I was exposed when I was in Egypt, but I was finally initiated when I encounted the AAS in NYC.

Brother, no Q is is "too many". It's my pleasure to answer them as best I can.

Thank you brother for answering my questions. I gained a little bit more understanding than I had before. Thank you for assisting me in learning and knowing more. Ase!
