hey king nas. i'm now 67 hours smoke-free. i'm coughing like crazy, sometimes short of breath. today was horrible for the cravings. i almost gave up. nothing works to help with cravings, i just gotta take deep breaths until they go away. i had to go get gas today. i go there so much, the guy knows what i buy and when he saw me, he even went to reach for my "usual". i had to tell him that i was only there for gas. lemme tell ya, it was so hard and i was in such a hurry to leave that i got in my car, almost put the key in the ignition before realizing that i was about to drive smooth off without even pumping the gas! had to get back out. LOL! i just wanted to get out of there and away from the temptation. i've been real tired too.

i made some taco dip and piled some chips on my plate, then piled the cheese/meat sauce on top of that, with some taco sauce and sour cream. i inhaled it...felt like in a single breath sir. everything smells different. then went to the movies to see obsessed and got a tub of buttery, salty popcorn and a large icy soda. i wolfed down about half that popcorn. i think i went to the movies more for the popcorn than the actual film.

otherwise, i've been hanging in there.

hey king nas. i'm checking back in. i'm feeling somewhat better. a bit out of sorts. tired. it's definitely been a long day. i feel like i'm having a street fight with my own self. this morning was wicked. i'm thinking things will probably get worse before they get better. i'm sticking it out though king.
