      Thanks for the info. One more thing, what did you mean when you said "meditation is good but all you really doing is steadying the mind which u can do in 15 minutes."

      Does that mean that meditation for more then that is uneccesaary because you have already steadied the mind?

      And new age must really be garbage, all the more advanced people always say it is garbage.

      Koo koo, well I wanted to began looking into chaos magic, the practice that will lead us back or into the real universe. Or at least tapping into our powers. Where at least should I get started? I know they are some good books, but would you recommend books or more meditation?
