the weather here is crazy--
cold one day, scorching the next--
kind of reminds me of someone--
someone i've come to know more in depth than--
i seem to know myself--
someone who talks too much to listen--
someone who--
i relate to--totally.

like the days sun--
baking those who walk beneath it--
like yesterday's rain--
soaking those whoso list to trod along its wetness and despression--
like the never-coming snow--
i still wait for the chance--
to touch that someone--
whom i've touched for the last longest--
and still have yet to feel--
i
wish she would
just listen...
let my words scrape her ears like--
raspy afro pics stored in back denim pockets--

let me owe her--
all of everything.
i'd like to touch that someone.

"....afro pics stored in back pockets"

I love that. And you are right, what good is the sense of touch if you can't feel. Keep writing
