I prefer K'naan's video overview of how Africans of the Motherland are redefining themselves...

Long overdue for us here to again...

Goddess True very powerful song! We can hear and feel allot of fire and "African Lion" energy in this song, the bass as well as the voices give out that energy. Awoo is a sound used to "push" a statement or thought making it manifest. It is literally the sound of energy spinning. So if you said awoo awoo awoo awoo the pattern creates a spinning momentum. Like Amon, or Amen- Awoo is used to make something manifest. Mothers also make the sound naturally when giving birth.

Hotep and Thanks for Sharing King Tubbs!

Also, Thanks for asking the question. I spell it that way placing emphasis on the FREE...as in A FREE KAN....It is a declaration of sorts declaring the fact that I am FREE AND I K(C)AN DO.....Live...BE ...FREE

A~FREE~KAN.....emphasis on FREE...to live MY True Cultural Story.

I recall also, Brother MetaSaience providing a more thorough break down of the intonation of the word FREE as well in a thread last year sometime. I sorry I don't recall the title of that thread tho:10500:
