Peace and Blessings Family,
I wanna lose 900 pounds in a week, but I know that's not possible.
So I'm wondering, what is the most pounds one can lose in a week, in a healthy manner?
I want the most. Ideally, I'd like to lose 7 pounds in a week (one a day), making it possible to lose 30 pounds in 30 days.
Is that possible? If so, how do I do it?

You can loose up to Ten pounds in Four Days. :)
In a healthy manner.
Also several dress sizes or belt notches are experienced.
I have been on this diet about four times since the eighty's.
I lost seven to eight pounds in four days, and several belt notches each time.
A co-worker went on this diet, he lost lots of weight. He statyed on it for about a month. He start comng to work with rope holding up his jeans.
The diet is in word doc format.

In the shopping list you forgot
The Hamburger, and 1 can of Stewed Tomatoes.
I went on this diet , and several others I know used it. Great results, and the hardest part is the third night. Eat the vegetables stuff yourself with Califlower and stuff and go to bed. When you wake and by lunch you have lost the weight.
Good luck and measure first.. so you can know the exact waist size and belt size or pants size...and pounds lost. Go from a thirty six in the waist to a thirty four or less.

Buy two nice size T Bone Steaks... use the cooked Juice over a large bed of lettuce.
Chopped my Medium Apple up in the sald for lunch too.
I Chopped a few small pieces of steak to drop in salad
T-Bone steak and I became one. The Bone was for me.. not my Dog.
Whole can of green beans. Or buy the fresh ones . They taste better. Microwave them in a bowl with clear wrap, with a few holes punched in.

DAY ONE

Funky Lamb.. secret. season the lamb and lay onions below and above while cooking. It takes the funk out of the meat.
I would have a large lettuce salad, and pour the tomatoe juice over the salad and use salt and pepper.
Tons of dinner stuff. I would pig out.
Whole can green beans. Half a jar of apple sauce, lots of squash and califlower, steamed cooked in a vented microwave dish, or a bowl with clear wrap covering it with holes in the wrap.
DAY TWO
Breakfast - 1/2 grapefruit and black coffee
Lunch - 1 lamb chop - lettuce (no dressing) - One 6 oz tomato juice
Dinner - squash - cauliflower - green beans - apple sauce

I strip my Celery of the string. Dice some and put it in salad. I have extra to eat on as snack during lunch.
During Lunch. I have a Half Pound Burger Patty. No shame here... I would loose about eight pounds and a few pants sizes. I have to eat yall...
I would have a large portion of lettuce. A Medium Apple. I would slice the apple up in my salad. I would save the juices from my hamburger patty to add flavor to the salad. This is not cheating. I like flavor and all of my seasoning. Now this is cheating... I would use a little garlic powder.. and once I ate a cookie cause I am weak. I still lost eight pounds.
DAY THREE
Breakfast - 1/2 grapefruit and black coffee
Lunch - celery - lettuce salad (no dressing) - hamburger patty - 1 small apple
Dinner - broiled chicken - stewed tomato - prune juice

I eat a whole can of green beans. Salt and Pepper never tasted so good on green beans.
I get a Nice Size Steak. A T-Bone so I can chew on the bone after... It's the DOG in me!
I save the juices from my Steak and pour it over the Salad for Flavor.

If the stewardess didn't loose the weight quick. She couldn't fly or would loose her job. I have never heard of anyone getting sick.. only feeling good and may be wishing they had a pizza.
I would down right cheat. I ate a cookie a few times. I put a little sugar in my coffee and cream once.
Woman are tougher and can be more determined than men. I like my pizza. Beer.. I am weak. So...what I like me still
