I found this video All Inspiring!

For those who are able, seems like a useful form of meditation and a tool for Healing and RE~Covering another aspect of US.

I'm really interested in hearing people's thoughts, feelings and/or intended or practiced behaviors regarding S.K.Y.

I have never "practiced" yoga yet this (S.K.Yl) seems useful for those who are able and interested in utilizing Yoga as a means to internal and individual peace of mind....and Spiritual growth.....I think that's the primary purpose of Yoga.
