The organizer has a vision of making African the next superpower. I believe in the vision and in the groups ability to deliver this baby safely!

Our beloved mama Afrika is heavily pregnant. Her baby, ‘The Great Afrika’ is nearly ready to be born. Thus, she is in urgent need of adept, adroit, and competent Revolutionary Midwives having enough ability, experience and knowledge to be able to help her deliver her most anticipated baby already named Great Africa – A unipolar world superpower, made-up of all the nations in the Afrika continent and all the communities of Afrikan peoples around the world bound together in a unitary nation-state.

We, the Revolutionary Midwives at GAV have dedicated our entire life, our entire being, our every existence to actualizing this beautiful “Vision” of ‘Great Africa’ before the closure of the 21st century. Presently, we are trying to bring together full-time committed revolutionaries in order to put into operation our Strategic Plan. Therefore, our goal within the next few days is to recruit the following personnel for the Great Afrika ‘provisional’ cabinet:

1. Executive Administrator for GAV Culture and Information Propagation – [Quote Ref: 1302]

2. Executive Administrator for GAV Revolutionary Vanguard [Political] Party – [Quote Ref: 1402]

3. Executive Administrator for GAV Citizens Psycho-social Care and Livelihood Welfare – [Quote Ref: 1502]

4. Executive Administrator for GAV Economic Power-Base – [Quote Ref: 1602]

5. Executive Administrator for GAV Education; Afrocentric African Aristocratic Citizenship – [Quote Ref: 1702]

6. Socialization; and Revolutionary Leadership Training – [Quote Ref: 1802]

7. Five [5] Deputies to Executive Administrators – [Quote Ref: 1902]

8. Thirty Four [34] Administrative GAV Support Staffs – [Quote Ref: 2002]

In view of the fact that GAV is a revolutionary vanguard party aimed at capturing “political power”, there are only a “certain kind” of people that are made for it:

GENERAL REQUIREMENT

1. Applicant MUST be African with African spouse, if not single

2. Applicant MUST passionately believe in the Great Africa Vision [our mission to make Africa uni-polar world-super]

3. Character: Applicant MUST possess strong self-discipline; hard working; integrity [ability to make and fulfill commitments]

4. Competence: Applicant MUST have an Afrocentric worldview; general knowledgeable of, and subscribes to, the teachings of Amos Wilson and the works of Dr Molefi Asante Kete

5. Applicant MUST be generally literate; competent with basic IT, and believe without a single doubt that Africans are capable of becoming powerful through THE EFFORTS OF AFRICANS

HOW TO APPLY FOR ANY OF THE POSITION [PROCEDURE]:

2. Your Story – along with your CV and Cover Letter, include a brief story about yourself stating particularly how you became Afrocentric, your knowledge concerning the works of Amos Wilson and Dr Molefi Asante Kete, and your commitment to actualising the Great Africa Vision

3. All application must be receive before the deadline which is 18 September 2009

4. All selected candidates would be contacted before 20 September (2009)for interview that will be conducted either through phone of IM [Instant Messenger]

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OF VACANT POSITIONS
1. Executive Administrator for GAV Revolutionary Vanguard [Political] Party:
a. Candidate must have at least 2-YEAR REAL LIFE EXPERIENCE working at management or operational level with political organizations or specific political campaigns.
b. Alternatively, enthusiastic and hardworking candidates that hold relevant university qualifications in Management, politics, marketing and advertising will be considered for this position even if they lacked 2-YEAR REAL LIFE EXPERIENCE in political campaigns operations or management
c. All candidates applying for this position must be able to work independently and be capable of creative self initiatives. In addition the successful candidate must have good strong leadership [ability to motivate those working under him/her], management [able to create plans to achieve delegated goals and organize staffs to execute the plan] and people skills [ability to get along well with others, and communicate clearly with people at different levels]
d. Successful candidates must be willing to work on a voluntary basis for a minimum of 25-hours each week


2. Executive Administrator for GAV Citizens Livelihood & Welfare:
a. Candidate must have at least 2-YEAR REAL LIFE EXPERIENCE working at management or operational level with organizations providing social services, charities, health care, counseling, therapy, life coaching/ personal development facilitation, organizational development, NGO, or cultural interventions
b. Alternatively, enthusiastic and hardworking candidates that hold relevant university qualifications in social works, sociology, psychology, counseling, medicine, nursing, human resource or talent development and management will be considered for this position even if they lacked the requisite 2-YEAR REAL LIFE EXPERIENCE
c. All candidates applying for this position must be able to work independently and be capable of creative self initiatives. In addition the successful candidate must have good strong leadership [ability to motivate those working under him/her], management [able to create plans to achieve delegated goals and organize staffs to execute the plan] and people skills [ability to get along well with others, and communicate clearly with people at different levels]
d. Successful candidates must be willing to work on a voluntary basis for a minimum of 25-hours each week


3. Executive Administrator for GAV Economic Power-Base:
a. Candidate must have at least 2-YEAR REAL LIFE EXPERIENCE as a business owner or management position in a business organization or the business related department of any organization.
b. Alternatively, enthusiastic and hardworking candidates that hold relevant university qualifications in business management, marketing, advertising, or strategic management will be considered for this position even if they lacked the requisite 2-YEAR REAL LIFE EXPERIENCE
c. All candidates applying for this position must be able to work independently and be capable of creative self initiatives. In addition the successful candidate must have good strong leadership [ability to motivate those working under him/her], management [able to create plans to achieve delegated goals and organize staffs to execute the plan] and people skills [ability to get along well with others, and communicate clearly with people at different levels]
d. Successful candidates must be willing to work on a voluntary basis for a minimum of 25-hours each week


4. Executive Administrator for GAV Education & Leadership Training:
a. Candidate must have at least 2-YEAR REAL LIFE EXPERIENCE working at management or operational level with organizations providing education, youth development programs, child development programs, leadership training, personal development and life-coaching, rites of passage, youth cadets [scouts etc], training of military personnel.
b. Alternatively, enthusiastic and hardworking candidates that hold relevant university qualifications in social works, sociology, sports psychology, human resource, talent development and management, African Studies, politics, philosophy, and education will be considered for this position even if they lacked the requisite 2-YEAR REAL LIFE EXPERIENCE
c. Further, candidates with training and experience as commissioned military officers will be seriously considered even if they do not fulfill the requirements above.
d. All candidates applying for this position must be able to work independently and be capable of creative self initiatives. In addition the successful candidate must have good strong leadership [ability to motivate those working under him/her], management [able to create plans to achieve delegated goals and organize staffs to execute the plan] and people skills [ability to get along well with others, and communicate clearly with people at different levels]
e. Successful candidates must be willing to work on a voluntary basis for a minimum of 25 hours each week


5. Executive Administrator for GAV Culture and Information Propagation:
a. Candidate must have at least 2-YEAR REAL LIFE EXPERIENCE working at management or operational level with organizations that produces information, creative or cultural products.
b. Alternatively, enthusiastic and hardworking candidates that hold relevant university qualifications in journalism, mass communication, advertising, social psychology, creative arts, management, cultural studies, African Studies, philosophy and sociology will be considered for this position even if they lacked the requisite 2-YEAR REAL LIFE EXPERIENCE
c. Further, candidates with training and experience as intelligence or propaganda officers will be seriously considered even if they do not fulfill the requirements above.
d. All candidates applying for this position must be able to work independently and be capable of creative self initiatives. In addition the successful candidate must have good strong leadership [ability to motivate those working under him/her], management [able to create plans to achieve delegated goals and organize staffs to execute the plan] and people skills [ability to get along well with others, and communicate clearly with people at different levels]
e. Successful candidates must be willing to work on a voluntary basis for a minimum of 25 hours each week


6. DEPUTY EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATORS: Specific Requirements
a. The specific requirements for each Deputies to all Executive Administrators is EXACTLY the same as listed in the ‘Specific Requirements’ for the corresponding Executive Administrators themselves, with THE SINGLE EXCEPTION that the Deputies are expected to work 20-hours per week, as opposed to the 25-hours per week of Executive Administrators


7. ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT STAFFS: Specific Requirements
a. All candidates must be enthusiastic, hardworking, hold at least a high school educational qualifications.
b. All candidates applying for this position must be able to work independently and be capable of consistently achieving delegated tasks within designated deadlines.
c. The ability to get along well with others, and communicate clearly with people at different levels effectively is also vital
d. Successful candidates must be willing to work on a voluntary basis for a minimum of 15-hours each week

Sister Phnx, I think the idea/theory of this project is wonderful!


I just have such a deep desire that we "of African descent" in America be a united collective (as much as possible) as well as throughout the Diaspora.

Personally, I will not be able to participate but I have several friends, family members, and professional peers who would be very interested in this. I will pass it on.
