Peace and Blessings Family,
Does anyone know whether the government provides the accused, forensic scientists and stuff, to dispute or challenge their findings?
I understand that legal representation is provided by the state, but do they do anything else, or is all the rest on the accused?
How much does the work and expert testimony of a forensic scientist for the defense cost?
Would you know how to go about getting such professionals?
It seems that the state / government has unlimited resources in this area, while the average person is left at the mercy of the system.
Not a place to be, if you're Black, it seems.
