The Truth About Mental Possession.

We often hear the term "possession is nine tenths of the law" in the case of material property. Which means that if you actually possess something, you have a stronger legal claim to owning it than someone who merely says it belongs to him or her. IE- he or she that actually possesses a thing, owns that thing- unless they are challenged by a claim of ownership. Now we must determine the quality of this possession. To have something in ones personal space, to have, to occupy- are forms of physical possession. What about mental possession? What about the mind? What about the spirit?

Isn't Religion in most cases a form of mental possession? What is happening with us mentally as we read our Bible and repeat our verses and hymns? What is happening as we call out to our Jesus Christ? To Allah? To Jehovah?
Are such forces used to take ownership our minds? Do they not possess us mentally and move us in a way that is indifferent to the path prior to our calling?

We do these things not for the sake of enslavement, but for the sake of breaking free from some form of enslavement. The Christian will view Jesus Christ as their Savior, because the programming of Jesus Christ takes them away from a form of enslavement that appears to be absent after the rituals of Jesus Christ are performed. This belief in and of itself is a form of mental possession. The only thing that has changed is the mind. A small tweak of belief goes a long way.

We often throw stones at Christianity because it is the most popular form of anti-spirituality. But there would be no Christianity to begin with without spiritual obsession and possession. In all fairness, all poorly understood spiritual customs become Christ-realities. It is the simple equation of- "do this- as we have done it- or else!"

Such an idea and concept- is ancient, and it is also a manifestation of mental slavery. Which is why so many reject it and pursue their own versions of spiritual freedom. What we must bare in mind- literally- is whatever frees the mind has the potential to enslave the mind.

Magickal practices can free the mind. But magick without moderation can destroy the will of the user. Meditation can free the mind, but the person that devotes their entire life to meditation is missing out on the voice of life speaking directly to them. There are many rituals that free the mind, yet they must be observed and rated so we can understand them better.


A Man who devotes himself to several Women in order to never be tied down to one- and thus free....has the right idea, just the wrong premise.

The idea that having many options is the source of freedom is an illusion. A field filled with many oranges is a field filled with only one type of fruit. What we taste in the moment is not the selection, but the quality of our minds. Thus- one Woman can be a million Women if for ever time her Man engages with her he changes the quality of his mind. It is indeed that simple.

In that same vein. The soul is engaged to the body. The binding of this engagement is the mind itself. Whatever possesses the mind, owns and controls the body. When the Conjurer awakens a spirit to seek revenge on an enemy, that spirit goes out not to possess the soul, but the mind- which in turn controls the body. This person might end up killing their entire family and then killing themselves. That is the darker more abstract version.

The mind is also possessed by logos, sigils, words in advertising, songs on the radio, ads in the paper. Notice that there are people that can't live without name brand items. For those with stronger minds, such forms of influence are canceled out. For weaker and less developed minds, like children- these methods possess them and rewire them internally. They wear the marks of their owners on their foreheads. It is a repetitious thought they visit hundreds of times during the day. Their minds become a broadcasting station for the energy that now controls them.

Most likely it is not an agenda of their own making. And usually it will be something that frees the mind and yet overtime enslaving it. You continuously bless us with informative and enlightening posts, which serve (for the majority/ minority) to free our minds, so if one was to apply the caveat of this post, then would it be reasonable to state then that your words also have the potential to enslave our minds?. You have probably asked this question to the many Masters/Teachers/Dieties that you channle for this information.

First, this thread is really a great topic in that I feel that this is what I having been dealing with for sometime now. Although I was raised as a Christian for the past couple of years I have been feeling that maybe I am not because there are so many things about Christianty that I question, and I wont go into the specifics of it because that's a whole nother talk show and I don't care to get in an exchange with anyone about how I feel. They are my feelings so to heck with what someone else may thing about them, but I have been basically meditating on the situation and I feel what is for me will come.

In regards to Alexandra question #2, it really had me thinking because there are alot of things that I read in your posts that I find myself reflecting back on or practicing during the course of my every day life. A lot of the topics you discuss just make plain sense to me. When something dosent make sense to me I question it and maybe its because I do not have a clear understanding of it. When I read Alexadra's question #2 I was thinking maybe Mr. Meta done enslaved my mind because when he posts something I always want to read it and not only that I carry it with me after I log out. By no means am I accusing you of anything. I have the utmost respect for you and the knowlege you share. I'm just saying the way you present the information that you share always makes sense to me in my mind therefore I am always eager to listen/read anything you have to say and it automatically stays with me. That's all.

Ase to the Gods and Goddesses! And I hear you God Rebel! You are on schedule! I have your in "mind"!

DW TY already hit most of this on the head. It is really about understanding the power of the mind that keeps us from being enslaved by it. I can use myself as the best example. How could a person like myself who invests so much into into metaphysics, channeling, spiritual science etc- keep from going crazy? I've known people that only study one book and go absolutely nuts. Don't we all? Not to say I am perfect- but I am most certainly perfecting as we all are. Why isn't insanity at my doorstep? Or maybe it is- let me check. Well, it's because I understand the power of the mind. I use that as an anchor point. Which is also kin to knowing thy self. I also use other minds as buffers. So in a sense, when we speak of "mind" understand that we are not only taking about the individual mind but the networking minds pointed in the same direction.

Nevertheless insanity would be at my doorstep without the assistance of others.

Goddess Alex- yes the interchanging was deliberate, a play on words is also a play on minds. I will admit as loudly as possible that the teachings of my Teachers have always enslaved my mind. I remember when I first got into metaphysics, my Teacher at that time was a Goddess- a psychic/clairvoyant etc. While she never had any type of Jim Jones mind control over anyone- however the fact that she was very beautiful and was such a brilliant and intelligent Woman didn't help matters at all for the Males in the class.

I try to reiterate this on different threads that the best answers will always come for ourselves and everyone else are just guides. I am just a guide. I am pointing in a direction many of us are pointing to anyway. We need guides- if only to deviate from them.

Many of my Teachers were just guides. This information doesn't have to "enslave" our minds, but it often does because we have no way of dealing with certain subjects without being in awe of them. A Brotha once joked with me and said one night he saw a yellow star dangling very close to the Earth, and he reach up- caught it and took it home to his Wife, and without skipping a beat she said "yellow is not my color."

If only we had the attitude of this Wife when dealing with our spirituality. I would say I am here to empower, yet someone else can say I building a path to confusion. IE- internet explorer. It's all perspective really.

What you said about IE is very true, allot of people do this and don't admit it. These sigils/symbols as I am learning now due the the recent dream with Anubis- are the keys to how we interact with our holographic realities. It's not just words as symbols or sounds, but everything in reality is a symbol that can possess the mind leading us to a certain interpretation. When I worked in "IT" (information Technology) an old White Lady called up asking me why the coffee holder on her PC wasn't working. She said every time she placed the coffee mug in the holder the PC retracted it back.

Now for us, this story is relevant. We already got the joke here. For someone else without a PC, or who doesn't work with one, it is confusing. What is possessing our mind is this instance- is a memory of using computers, we might even feel free from the stupidity this Woman possessed. We understand the symbol because we understand the intent. The CD drive was not intended to be used as a coffee holder.

As far as magick and moderation - it can be interpreted as working along with the Divine- the higher self- outside the scope of the Ego- which has been my interpretation as well. I was told just recently actually that there is a point where magick actually ceases to be magick- and just becomes life as you know it. It has no label and that's really the point I am striving for personally. It's almost like how we rate- natural vs supernatural when they are both one in the same. Life is about magick to the magician, so their entire being is magickal. So what needs the moderation is our attempts to be anything other than what we are. This goes back to that Be-Do-Have equation.

When you are a magician- you do magick and you have a magickal existence. Magick can destroy the will of the user, this is why we hear about some who supposedly turn against the occult and go back to Christianity? Or those who say they've been hurt by certain Gods or spirits, been possessed by one too many Entities- and next thing you know they are praising Jesus. How does that happen? How does some open up to their higher self, higher Gods and then turn around and run with their tails between their legs? Their will is destroyed. Understand also that fear is a form of magick that can be used against us too.

I say moderation because it is with moderation that we gain understanding. Now that I am getting deeper into actual spiritual science more so than metaphysics- I am learning the hard lesson about moderation. Like my Queen was telling me- now I can actually build something that would blow us both up, before it was just studies- words and dreams. I believe our Ancestors and Spirits wish for us that we use magick but tailor it towards our own mental diet. Then it reaches the point where our own methods will always be 100% better than anyone claiming to know better.

IE- just because Meta wants to scramble his brains with magnets doesn't mean this choice is for everyone. And don't think you are missing out on any higher journeys either. Or that there is something that you didn't get that you need to get this time around.

Remember I said it really all about the mind. That's the most important part of the equation because if the soul is not conscious of itself, it's just raw energy. We are here to work on our minds, to figure out ways to keep our minds and consciousness intact.

Bro. Moorfius- yes what you are saying makes sense! Now if we could only move into the realm of solutions that Ancestor Dr. Wilson asked of us. We have to wonder if so many of us already know these things why is mental slavery among our people still so prominent? It could be that those who claim to have the answers are wrong, or no one listen to them in the first place?

We have to understand that culture can also be a form of mind control, and that there is a difference between mind control//programming and mind creation. Many of those we might accuse of having no culture, or being the furthest way from real African culture are not always mind controlled, that's how their minds were created. Too often we make the mistake of suggesting that all Black people belong to same paradigm because of skin color.

Once we understand these things, then we can provide real world solutions. We must recognize what has worked for the mentally enslaved that are now free and why did it work? Next we must fully understand why there is such a thing as mental slavery if we are indeed Gods and Goddesses? It could be- and this is a quick guess- that is an option.

Not only is the Universe holographic, but it is spherical. Because it is spherical there are cycles, nothing stays the same for long. So why do we have these lineal views then if we live within and around a spherical hologram? Is this not an option to be this way? Certainly. Because there are no laws of governance suggesting how a person should think, there are however education systems that train us to be more lineal than spherical.
A spherical thinker understands there is a way "around" everything. This is the way of the Universe itself. Place a barrier between any plant, insect or animal on this planet- they will always find a way around it.

Still- as Gods and Goddesses lineal thinking is an option. Thus, being an enslaved God is also an option. Why we do it is better understood by those that share those same frequencies. Some of our people think that having enough to get them to the Club every Friday or Saturday is freedom. And perhaps in their realm of existence this is true. But if we were to knock on their door with plans to build a nation, we would be rejected because they cannot visualize how building a nation would provide anything different for them than what they have now. In fact that might view such an idea as confinement.

We will walk away saying such people are mind controlled. We must recognized that this is the way the majority of our people have been engineered. If the African Warriors in consciousness understand we are at War, then why don't we also understand that there are always casualties of war?

We can become enslaved to anything we don't fully understand. And there is no way to fully understand the truth about African culture without self investment beyond the books and rhetoric, we have to become very real- very scientific and start tapping into our very selves. I say this because everyone has the option to tap into the self. When we support other means we become Black Separatists, we all have limitations to information- but no one is limited from the self. If we have a really serious desire for nation building, a return to African culture and truth, to the Divine- then we should also be in support of each one finding their own way by their own means through the understanding of their own selves.

My thought processing zeroed in immediately to one particular statement that you made. It is really about understanding the power of the mind that keeps us from being enslaved by it. The profundity of this one sentence nutshells a truth only elaborated on by the rest of this thread.

Based on my understanding of English grammar that last word "it" refers back to the word "mind." In other words we are enslaved by our own minds. We judge the intentions of others based on the results of their actions and words. Yet it is not the words nor the intentions behind the words that enslaves us but how we process them in our minds. And whether we allow ourselves to process them at all.

I remember when one of my teachers told me it was illegal to go to a particular country. This left me feeling greatly distressed, distraught, disturbed and discombobulated because I had seen lots of travel agents on line offering package deals to this country. I loved this teacher, respected him greatly and did not want to contemplate the thought that he did not know what he was talking about. But I knew that if I loved him so much I let him tell me anything I might as well go on back to Church. So with no small amount of anxiety I picked up the phone and called the airport. They told me that yes it is illegal. The way the travel agents work you don't find that out until after you pay your money. Oh well.

Point is, while the speaker and his/her words may have the emotional ingredients to enslave us, the power by which we are enslaved is ours and what we choose to succumb to. We must choose to succumb to something. The mind, like the computer, operates by programs/matrix/paradigms and without a program of some kind all you have is a shell. We can choose to succumb to something healthy or unhealthy or as many people do we can let others make that choice for us.

Well, couldn’t you equally say that yes, on a superficial level, the field only has one type of fruit, but nonetheless, each one is unique; thus, one woman can never be a million women; regardless of whether or not the man changes the quality of his mind.

It also promises practical implications for treating body image disorders such as anorexia, for designing robotic technology and remote surgery tools, and even for developing better virtual reality games.

The illusion was created with a combination of special goggles and tactile stimulation, which fooled participants into sensing that they had moved into another body. The effect was so powerful that when a tailor’s dummy perceived as a volunteer’s body was threatened with a knife, he or she would exhibit physiological signs of stress, such as increased sweating. Even when the other body was a real person of a different sex or race, subjects said they felt a strong sense of ownership over it. “This shows how easy it is to change the brain’s perception of the physical self,” said Henrik Ehrsson, of the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, who led the research.

“By manipulating sensory impressions, it’s possible to fool the self. This effect was so strong that people could experience being in another person’s body when facing their own body and shaking hands with it. The findings could have therapeutic applications for patients with anorexia, bulimia or mental illnesses in which the sense of self and body image is abnormal, or for confronting ingrained sexual or racial prejudice. “You can see the possibilities, putting a male in a female body, young in old, white in black and vice versa,” Dr Ehrsson said.

When the volunteers looked down at their bodies, the camera pointed down too and they saw the mannequin’s torso. When each body was stroked simultaneously in the stomach area, they felt that the mannequin’s body was their own.

The scientists then induced a “full-blown body swap”, in which people experienced another body as their own. Again, the subjects perceived the experimenter’s hand, not their own, as part of their body.

The effect suggests that the brain builds its sense of which body belongs to it less from signals from the muscles, joints and skin, and more from to what it sees. Split-second body awareness is important to co-ordination and to physical survival, and so the brain uses a short-cut that is almost always correct. The body we see as ours through our eyes is usually ours, and so changing the visual input can easily trick our perception.

Queen Sistah River- and it really is as simple as you have said it!! Let's even look at technology. Computers, cell phones, Ipods, mp4 players- wifi. Everything built to provide us a sense of freedom because of the time we save because of them. Where would some of us be without the computer? But we've become slaves to technology also, and this is a self-imposed slavery. It's an enslavement we check off as an option. I have photographs of some of the Elders in my family sitting on porches. I also have photographs of our younger generations taking photos of themselves with cell phones. What a leap. I once sat on the porch and watched the world just to get a feeling of what in the world were our Elders doing?

They were smelling the community. They were taking the time out from a busy day and reevaluating their thoughts, meditating on issues and life events. All on that ol' porch. Now we live in a world where the first thought that comes into a person's head- they will call you about it- because your cell phone gives them instant access to your mind. Without realizing it this is slavery, yet it was sold to us as something that gave us the ability to communicate whenever we needed too. A freedom.

And there is nothing at all wrong with technology, but without the ability to do away with it when we need too, we are slaves to it.

UKGoddess Alex- I'm glad you brought up the orange analogy. Because I wanted to get into cloning and that analogy was really about cloning. My Queen set me up with a question recently, if I could clone any Woman on the planet who would it be and for what reason? I thought I was being smart when I said her. The real answer she was looking for was that I wouldn't clone any Woman because she was enough for me. Nevertheless, the living room is becoming my second home.

I don't know why Men always want more than one Woman it's in our wiring. Most likely Women are the ones that programmed us that way. But to my defense I will say that my Queen has been several Women to me. She has been the sacred Whore- the NewOrleans Voodoo Queen- and even the virgin Mary. TMI perhaps- but what I am saying here is it's really about the quality of the Man's mind when it comes down to revealing the multidimensionality of the Woman we are receiving. Keep in mind there is a wealth of layers to all of us.

I've known Women to cheat in their relationship because another Man was able to "bring out" a quality in them their Man at home couldn't. Men on the other hand usually don't require all that work and this is because most Women don't have as hard a time processing their imagination. There are prostitutes in every city in America that sleep with some of the worst Men on the planet every single night. And they can do it because that smelly Trucker, or that greasy Mechanic has another dimension/level that they've trained themselves to access.

So it's true that each orange is unique. Just the same if I cloned my Queen- each one of her clones would be unique because they would be different aspects of her one being. But, we are dealing with the mind of one having the experience of the field of oranges. Does he or she experience each orange as unique if their mind is enslaved to one idea? Wouldn't I experience every clone as my Queen because my mind is married to the idea of her as an individual? And here is the key question- if I sleep with my Queen's clone is it cheating?
Certainly in her mind it is.

This leads to the understanding of the horse, the carriage and the driver concept. The physical Universe/the body is the carriage. The driver sitting right on top of the physical Universe is the God-the soul. But the mind is the horse or horses in most cases.

Another part of this equation not mentioned- are the passengers. They sit inside the carriage, never at the top, but inside the carriage. And yes in some cases the driver is the passenger inside the carriage. We can look at this picture and ask the question who is in control and that answer might level off everything else we are speaking about here.

The answer here is not simple. The mind is the one pulling everything together. If the horse stops everything stops. If the carriage wheel breaks off everything stops too, and if there is no Driver certainly nothing goes anywhere. So it is a system of one depending on the other. But we can say certainly that the horse is the one enslaved. But it may be the will of the horse to do this job if it was engineered for that purpose.

How we interact with our reality most likely is due to how our minds have been engineered, how that horse has been trained. The driver can beat the horse all he/she wants- if the horse was not trained to respond in a certain way- it will not respond. Notice how unsuccessful we are when trying to "beat the truth" into our people.

In the case of cloning the reason why I said there is still one type of fruit in the field, is because the mind/body dynamic for each is the same. What would make them unique is the Driver, the soul. And that takes place when we pick up "one" orange and bite into it. And for each orange we experience, no matter how many- it will still taste the same because of how our minds have been programmed.

I've said before many Brothas that have several Women are still experiencing one Woman. Because in some cases their minds cannot compute anything outside the paradigm of what they believe a Woman should be to them. Men often pick different Women but with the same attributes rearranged.
We are all same-self-lovers, we don't truly love anything outside our paradigm.

As far as the article, they are trying to make the public comfortable with things they've been doing all along. Those of us into astral projection, jumping and quantum leaping have already experienced this. Every time you occupy someone's holographic body-spirit you come away with information about that person, that life and that place. The term "walk a mile in my shoes" can be taken literally in this case. And it's true that this method would change minds and lives. But they've been doing worse than this. The last X-Files movie was about a Dr. Frankenstein character that was sewing heads on different bodies. Hitler's scientists were doing experiments like this too. I've heard of some dark occultists saying there is a technique you can learn to body swap. But that goes into the movie "The Skeleton Key."

If I we did a body swap Goddess Alex your body would have lesbian tendencies I would never put your body through that. You know I enjoy following some sort of order, all in moderation.

I recall that comment from another thread right? And my definition of BS is Belief System. For me I keep running into greater concerns besides homosexuality. But I understand why many of us in the community want to address those issues. Ironically, it has more to do with this topic. I am feel very rewarded these days after my dream experience with the Dark Lord Anubis. When he told me about people that share the same moments living together within certain realms, I understood it right away. That's basically all gender boils down too. It's the having of certain moments and the desire for certain moments that design our gender.

That designing and engineering takes place in the mind.

The unconscious mind as well as the conscious. I enjoy the experience of the Woman as a Man, even though we are only aspects of Godmind. I grew up in a semi- Rasta culture too. I recall my Uncle's Wife being referred too as the daugther. If you can find a homosexual Rasta, Elvis and Bigfoot are not that far behind. It's "almost" non-existent. I say almost, because certainly there are gays out there claiming to be Rastas.

Many will view Male Rastas as overly macho, homophobic etc.,- but we are speaking about cultural mindcontrol. What we must realize is if there is free will for every being, especially the homosexual- then everyone has the right to design their culture they way these see fit. So why are so many homosexuals out to police what people believe about them. I call them the new Jews. Personally, I actually don't care if Whites hate me. So long as that hate does not prevent me from putting food on my table. What this means is as people we need to get over what people's personal feelings are.
We can combat those feelings with our truths- when we know they exist. But as long as we are given the opportunities to hid our feelings, insecurities will never heal. The homosexuals are not the only ones in the closet.

It is this type of censorship that promotes secret hatred and wars in most cases are produced by assumptions, secrets and the need to dominate something that makes us feel insecure or powerless. We are at war with Whites, because their minds have not found a way to deal with us. In a well designed world, if we are to have people/races with sharp angles of differences- these people wouldn't have to live together. That in itself makes no sense. Why would I live with a Woman that doesn't like me? Is it necessary? No. It is not necessary for Whites and Blacks to live together either.

There is nothing that they have that we cannot created on our own. Homosexuality is the same case. What we find true however is that the homosexual doesn't want to be left alone. It is more a cry for social attention than anything. Most Whites are the same way. Even in the 50s and 60s- 75% of the Whites telling Blacks to go back to Africa had a Great Grandmother or Great Grandfather with a brown nipple in their mouths.

These are the minds that insecurities produce, and so long as there are insecurities among people and fear, we will design these mind etherically that in turn find bodies to house them. Homosexuality that is not an engineered mind, is an illness. An illness can be cured. A mind cannot be cured unless it is reprogrammed. And we do not live in a world where such re-programming is necessary. And this is the reason why I intentionally fipped the statement- "whatever enslaves the mind frees the mind- whatever frees the mind enslaves the mind" Blacks could re-program homosexuality out of the consciousness altogether using of the same methods used to put it there in the first place. A religion is just programming. Homosexuality is a religion. It is also a belief system.

Fighting someone about their sexuality is just like fighting a Muslim about Islam or a Christian about Christianity. When we become a collective people that understand the social sciences as we do the use of a telephone, perhaps then it will make better sense when someone says all mental programs can be deprogrammed. And yes- even culture is a programming and also a religion.

But again- going back to the analogy of the horse, carriage and driver. The horse is supposed to be programmed to go where the driver wants to go and do what the driver needs it to do. Suffering is produced when the driver wants to do something but the horse will not listen. We become stagnant. If our culture, religion or belief system creates an evolved soul and powerful life- who can challenge us otherwise? If our minds are taking us where we need to go then nothing else matters. But if we do not deal with our insecurities, they will find ways to deal with us. If Men had no insecurities and if Women had no insecurities, there would be no such thing as homosexuality. And if Africans had no insecurities, there would no such thing as-

you get the picture.

As far as a planet filled with Women- while it is every straight Man's dream to find such a place...a wiser Man knows he would be instantly killed as an intruder.
I've heard stories of feminine priesthoods in different worlds. I've never seen any in my astrals, but I wouldn't doubt there are many.
