Peace and Blessings Family,
If you were charged with a crime that came with the option of a court appointed attorney, would you want the court appointed one, or would you want to hire your own?
I've not ever heard anything good about a court appointed attorney.
Most folk don't want them, or only use them, because they can't afford their own.
Would you have confidence in a court appointed attorney?
Who are the court appointed attorneys? Lawyers that just passed the bar or what? I mean, do lawyers have to do time, as court appointed ones? Like a doctor has to do some residency at a hospital?
How does the court appointed attorney system work?
