Plagiarize \'pla-je-,riz also j - -\ vb -rized; -riz·ing vt [plagiary] : to steal and pass off (the ideas or words of another) as one's own : use (a created production) without crediting the source vi: to commit literary theft: present as new and original an idea or product derived from an existing source - pla·gia·riz·er n

What the plagiarizer did/doing is to continue to wear the stolen words like they are his, now that is pitiful, trust is a major factor on a poetry site like this, trust in the management team, trust they are impartial, trust they are honest.

The disruption caused by a this thief/liar is enormous, add to the fact that the plagiarizer has 1000s of poems posted, how many of those are tainted too? Furthermore he is still an administrator charged with making and enforcing the laws of the site, well you guessed it his continuance in that capacity is a serious contradiction.

How does one sweep sweep stealing under the rug?

From street, from cage, and from kennel,
From jungle and stall, the wail
Of my tortured kin proclaims the sin
Of the mighty against the frail.
~By Ella Wheeler Wilcox. 1913

From street, from cage and from kennel,
From jungle, and stall, the wail
Of my tortured kin proclaims the sin
Of the mighty against the frail of life
~ by RICH, 2009

NO one , NO one is above the Rules set forth no matter how it may seem to those
from the outside looking in , It what we will uphold at all cost and by all means

The continue disruption / breaking of the rules set forth / and trat left came to this point
and again No one no matter how long is above what is set in stone

I beg to differ!

Nice to read you, Beans :)

Unfortunately we cannot reprimand the woman from 1913 for plagiarizing the words of the future ;) but here is another woman claiming the words of our illustrious poet, brother RICH:

FIBERLATOR OF LOVE (Distance shores)

Neath velvet cloth of night and shadows,

my heart confessed its thoughts to the wind
My love beckon in da moment of call.

I could feel your smile from a distance
with the touch of your closeness profound.

The sun reached behind a fading sky,
so the moon would arise da glow from
Day to darkness, brightened by the stars,
leaving upon the blue waters
a shimmering portrait of your face.

You, with all your savoring sweetness,
tenderly pierced the walls of my soul
as you wove a new tapestry with
the golden pillowz of your warmth and love.

Yesterday you offered me courage,
today you endowed me with your strength.
Every moment together, a gift.
Every day a celebration of life.

How lovely the music of your heart I hear
You are the air I breathe, sound wave dancin
and the spirit that gently moves me.
I don't wish for the moon, I have the "star"

In you for all I ever lone.
May I advance.

~Rich

Near You

'Neath velvet cloth of night and shadows,
my heart confessed its thoughts to the wind.
I could feel your smile from a distance
with the touch of your closeness profound.

The sun reached behind a fading sky,
so the moon could take its proper place.
Day to darkness, brightened by the stars,
leaving upon the blue waters
a shimmering portrait of your face.

You, with all your savoring sweetness,
tenderly pierced the walls of my soul
as you wove a new tapestry with
the golden threads of your hope and love.

Yesterday you offered me courage,
today you endowed me with your strength.
Every moment together, a gift.
Every day a celebration of life.

How lovely the music of your heart.
You are the air I breathe, sound I hear
and the spirit that gently moves me.
I don't wish for the moon, I have the stars.

Peace and Blessings Family,

I am more than willing to stand with $$RICH$$, and that means putting all i have on the table for him ... including the character and integrity of this community.

It's mine to give, and i give it freely. I've made this decision knowing full well the possible consequences connected to it.

If it means you all leave, all lose faith in what destee.com is about, leave and never return ... i'll pay that price.

Our Brother admitted that he was wrong, and apologized ... i accepted his apology, as i have and would anyone else's.

If you don't like it, can't accept it, or want to discuss it further ... do it somewhere else ... for my decision is final.

This thread is closed.
