The human body is 60-75% water. Water for most of us is a delivery system for toxins designed to weaken our pineal glands. What is "fresh water" for someone who lives in a city? Yes Bro. Tyab14, like you I am still experimenting and learning more as I go along. Taking the advice from recent threads and breakthrus I am finding out more about the science of "dreaming without sleeping" or dreaming while awake. Which is simply the ability to allow the subconscious or unconscious mind to overcome the conscious mind- it is leading me to most of the information presented here. I found that water as well as breathing play tremendous roles in our ability to do so effectively.

I learned about the ability to "charge water" in a dream from an Ancestor. I found it very interesting later on as I started finding more research about how water changes based upon our thoughts and therefore- intent. The book "Yogi Science of Breath" speaks on that as well.

lol, sometimes the babies remind me of that baby genious movie where they know more than the adults and just play around with them. Of course until they hit that certain age where they forget...lol. As far as the water aspect, I know that has to be powerful. I did an experiment just about- 2-3 hours ago. I used my quartz crystal, I took a nap with it in the middle of my forehead, I used a silver chain to tie it so it wouldn't move. Just before I fell asleep it felt like my entire head was on fire, but also where the crystal was resting my brain felt like it was burning up but it wasn't painful, just a very "new" feeling.

When I fell asleep- instantly I was inside a lucid dream- I started hearing a very strange audible language, but it sounded like it was coming through my ears and into my head. My room was silent so it wasn't coming from the outside. It felt like a melody of some kind.

Then I saw a vagina symbol opening up after awhile. It was purple with gold trimmings. It opened then closed like the petal of a flower. Next thing I know in the dream I was in a class with a handful of students and the teacher was telling us about time travel. He was saying that many of us were there because this was the course we wanted to learn and not to worry if we didn't remember everything when we woke up because the information would repeat itself over and over until we understood it.

When I woke up and removed the crystal, a dark mark was on my head- along with the imprint of a yoni symbol, which is not what the crystal is shaped like.
That symbol of course is an eye also. But mine is turned right side up.

Indeed Bro. GeorgeM, I've learned that when the females show up- you're on to something! Big! Large bodies of water also mean something. For me I've noticed that working with crystals have been my missing link. What I could do before, is now amplified. I have sharper hearing, sight and smell even inside the astral.

It makes sense to me now that I think about it. I used to meditate allot on the beach years ago and when I was near water it always seemed like my 3rd eye had increased power, this is also due to the beach itself which contains millions of different types of crystals. Sea salt for example has the ability to clear just about anything dealing with energy, the chakras for example.

During this period I would get visits all the time from spirits, Ancestors and other entities who were curious about my development. I learned about the "golden heart" meditation through one of those visits. It happened to be one of the most powerful meditations for my life at that time. A spirit told me to envision a wheel right were the heart is, and see the heart as a golden sun in it's center. The wheel I was shown looked something like a Stargate with symbols around it, but made of gold. I was taught how to breathe from this wheel and visualize that energy spreading out into the world to those around me.

Most of these meditations taught by spirits are also ways to get us to breathe properly. Interesting that after training with this meditation for a few years, to be curious I started going to palm readers and they'd tell me I would live for a very long time. That is usually the first thing out of their mouths.

There's another mediation that teaches us to breathe through the 3rd eye and out through the heart chakra, and that we should visualize the breath or prana energy as a wheel, but outside the body, the energy passes into the 3rd eye and out the heart. I was practicing that with the crystal, feeling the energy of the crystal pass into the 3rd eye and out thru the heart.

Yogis can tell a person's state of mind based on how they breathe. Normal people breathe faster in high stressed situations, well trained people do not.
Normal people build up hot blood when challenged or stressed, well trained people do not. The more trained our breathing, the better control we have over our emotions the more power we have to deal with that situation.

As far as the use of the 3rd eye as a weapon, as in- the evil eye- the pineal gland has the ability to project psychic energy using the eyes as a focus point. This psychic energy can be negative or positive in nature. In a sense, we are always projecting psychic energy. We have yet to call the overweight phenomenon the result of psychic cursing,

One concept that suck out between different channeled entities was the concept of killing the mind, or killing our God. I recalled "Jara" one of the beings I channel from time to time speak about the crystal worn over his forehead. I took me some time to relate this to why he said his people does not suffer and how they are able to experience their suffering in their dream life so they do not experience it in their waking life. This was a very difficult concept to study. And if I did "imagine" it all, this would not be something I would choose. But it was a true channel, and real information that if taken seriously could actually change allot about how we deal with reality.

Jara's device keeps him connected with the higher self at all times. It keeps the 3rd eye powerful and clear. I am convinced that part of my destiny is to create devices such are the one worn around his head.

But the concept of "killing your God" kept haunting me. The answer came to me finally, that since we don't actually speak the same language, Jara and I, he was using a definition or symbol, that in my mind translated into God. The impression was that of something of some supreme force and source of worship, so I figured it had to be the word "God."

Without crystals the drinking of lots and lots of water helps, and each time we drink a glass of water it should be charged with a powerful thought that IS NOT self defeating, but self actualizing. If you have one thing in life that you do well that is your strength and you should remind yourself of that each time you drink a glass of water.

Focus your intent into the glass and speak into the glass what you are. "I am in full control on my destiny." Drink the water and go about your life performing that statement. I have yet to hear a white person call down their entire race and say white people are such and such. What you're saying is so true Queen SeekingMaat. Even going back to another channel from the Goddess about "Soul Tribes" I've also realized that the negative curses we psychically create affect us because in truth we have no idea what we really are as souls.

In essence, development in a soul tribe helps to build a structured idea of the self. Black African people easily curse each other on a collective broadcast because we have no identity, and we must also realize a physical "identity" was never enough for us, because we are "soul" people to begin with.

This is another reason why we are found going far and beyond to be more than just physical beings. Since our minds have been redirected away from the cosmic experience, and cosmic knowledge- like Europeans we are also digging in the earth trying to find ourselves, when many of us aren't from here to begin with. The Ancients of Africa understood when a "cosmic" soul was being entertained within the tribe and could tell the difference between the cosmic ones and the earthly ones.

Basically the curse is when you think of yourself as something that you are not. The mystery about true African culture and higher system of native earth is that it gave all different types of souls the ability to experience their soul aspect through culture. In some countries people live in preparation for these cultural celebrations all year long, everyone needs the act of expressing their true essence. It takes a Black child with nothing to live for the average of 22 years to kill themselves. The suicide rates goes unnoticed. Yes suicide is a choice, it's just that the choice is sometimes made in poor judgment. Not realizing our true power and potential we submit ourselves to the definitions Whites give us and Blacks subscribe too.

If we must die willfully, die honorably, not for someone else's truths, but for your own. And this is where the soul tribes come in because we are all born with our truths in minds. Those truths are lost and stolen from us as we grow up and by the age of 7-8 those truths should be well established, but in most cases they are not.

I saw a Brotha pushing his baby Son in a stroller, the child was no younger than 2 years old. The child kept throwing his bottle outside of the stroller, and so the Father says to him "you keep on doing that and I'm going to f--- you up you little motherf----!" Does that sound like an open 3rd eye? I was actually surprised that he was talking to a child at first. Who knew throwing a bottle was such a big deal?

Now a person with an "open mind" or open 3rd eye would see that child didn't want the bottle to begin with, and perhaps needed to be nurtured in a different way. But this is also how our children are raped of their energy psychically. "You can't kill me because I'm already dead" becomes the ceremonial song for Black youth roaming the street because they've already been sucked of their essence.

We must also realize that energy can be returned, it does start with killing however, killing that negative mind to begin with. We must stop raping the Dark Mother, and instead reflect her, as well as the Dark Staff and Warrior, the Male energy. We can't get mad and start "cursing" our children because they reject what we give them. Perhaps what we are giving them is not for them in the first place.

Our anger as well as "curses" should be directed at the right sources.

Basically the curse is when you think of yourself as something that you are not. The mystery about true African culture and higher system of native earth is that it gave all different types of souls the ability to experience their soul aspect through culture. Visit any African centered carnival around the world and we'll see this. Or even the tribal ceremonies of indigenous Earth.

In some countries people live in preparation for these cultural celebrations all year long, everyone needs the act of expressing their true essence. It cannot be stressed enough that we all have different paths and we come from different systems. But everyone does want to be as dark and black as possible, basically being as dark as possible means you are expressing as many of your soul qualities all at once. And I don't mean just skin color but mind.

But we direct our psychic minds on each other, we project our dark powers on each other. The powers of NGR turned against us.



You are so right. I travel to Trinidad for their carnival every year to play "mas" (masquerader). It is indeed a carnival that I and thousands others anticipate and becomes sort of like an addiction to be present every year. I have made my personal ritual. The only time when I feel absolutely free. We are talking about thousands of people on the streets dancing and singing to music together. What i find interesting in the west indies is the jump. anyone familiar with the culture will know that jumping up and waving your rag is a common action at the height of a song. I noticed some African tribes such as the Masai's jumping dance is similar to what west indians do in unison during parties and carnivals. I noticed that in ole school hip hop concerts, too (recently saw KRS-1 and Dougie fresh over the holiday weekend).

That jumping during carnival releases an energy unexplainable. everyone is happy, everyone having a good time, nothing but a sense of love amongst the crowds. You start dancing with strangers, singing with strangers, but somehow we don't feel like strangers. There is a natural high you experience for two days and then leaves you drained afterwards wishing it never ended.

QoS, very true. We need that energy. I'm not a celebratory person myself, but I enjoy seeing people celebrating. I've known people who have completely transformed from one visit to a carnival either in Trinidad, Jamaica, New Orleans Venice,or even the smaller ones that take place in Brooklyn Ny, or Miami. It's just something about Black melaninated energy under the Sun.

The jumping up technique raises the kundalini. You will noticed Boxers doing this before a fight. Africans do this to generate spirit ase energy. In dance it also calls up the Ancestors and spirits from the ground. So far, there is no other ritual on this planet that souls are born just to participate in besides these cultural and ceremonial customs.

In fact, spirits attend them. For a period- all spirits want to do is, drink some rum- alcohol, smoke, touch the flesh and eat. These African customs also help to maintain "peace" with the spiritual Government of souls that live in the Earth and sky.

Carnival celebrations actually started out as a cultural potluck. Come as what you are. The true concept of this unfortunately is lost in the overall American mindset. Amazingly there are White folks that have gone to Venice, New Orleans or even Trinidad and Africa for their carnivals and have never left. Finding a cure for a disease they didn't realize they had, which is in the mind.

You see, these carnivals have a psychological purpose as well, which is why people wait around all year for them. In what other place and in what other time could you walk around half naked, playing around, eating, dancing and having a good time? Showing off your soul self? When you were a child. That is the key.

This is experience is very therapeutic for most people. In fact, for all people. These rituals and ceremonies where designed for this as well. Again we are taking about killing the negative mind, renewing the spirit, renewing the ase energy. I listened to an interview online once with a Bro who designs some of the costumes for some of these carnivals every year. He was a top designer. And they asked him how was he able to come up with all the different and unique designs each and every year.

He said the Ancestral spirits speak to him, he could close his eyes and see the designs. His words inspired me as an Artist, helping me to understand how the 3rd eye helps to bring spiritual creations into fruition.

Allot of the masks, costumes we see during these festivals are created by 3rd eye designers. And we gravitate towards those designs because they bring out a soulful aspect in ourselves. I'm not sure what is the highest honor. Designing a spiritual outfit, or wearing one?

At what other time are our Women "allowed" be seen as Queens in the street? Isn't this therapy? Wouldn't this help to kill of the negative images of ourselves? A yearly reminder of who and what we really are?

One thing we know for sure, Black folks will organize for a good party. I think most of us in America have missed this strong point. Yet even our "parties" are created for a negative intent at times, if they are done to help our minds new and refresh- then perhaps this is indeed a perfect weapon against our own inner enemy. Ourselves.

Wonderful words. You captured the essence of why i participate. Interesting about the kundalini because I didn't know that. It came across my mind one day driving in my car about why jumping feels so good. That is why we are able to 'chip' (march rhythmically), jump and dance for 2 days straight, energy being recharged. Lovely.

Its hard to be just an observer, for me, I have to participate. Just thinking of it right now raises my pores.
