I put it on my hair after washing it and it feels like I put a great conditioner on it but without all the chemicals. Put a glob of it on the palm of your hand then close the jar so no water drips into it.

So mixing these items together not only for the body but the hair as well as a moisturizer or conditioner to leave it soft and feeling delightful ?
olive oil / shea butter / bee wax / grapefruit seed oil

It's easier for water to get into this stuff than I thought. It may just be that the air here is very humid. I couldn't smell that it had become rancid but I suspect this is what was making me so deathly sick. When I stopped using it the sickness went away.
