Destee, I am exceedingly jealous because I am supposed to be the “Preacher,” nevertheless, your points were well delivered (didn’t even use prepared notes), and hopefully well received. Now that you have done this, I agree with you, we also want more of you in this manner. Your message was clear, you are a champion for the little guy(s), the downtrodden, the masses, a voice for the unheard. Shame on us if we don’t rise to the task of fulfilling your vision. Now, I heard you say, this is not a battlefield, but in my view, some mind-sets were definitely slain, or at least that is the hope. Anyone that wishes to maintain their involvement with the family, will certainly be protected by your willingness to fight, so to speak, for that persons right. Whether you know this, or whether someone tells you, that was strong willed speaking we heard, and it was good for the soul. Love You! Even if what I have posted goes unnoticed, you are the Best! Oh, I know you are glad you got it out. Doesn't it make you feel better?

It's so weird hearing my own self speak! Sister River is so wonderful to record for us, and i'm always feeling some kind of way, thinking that my words will be heard by others ... it's kinda creepy to me ... weird ... but Sister River reminded me oh so very gently, that i'm no professional at this, like Brother OldSoul is ... and well ... just let it be creepy ... :lol:
