The Oligarchy employs our youth out of jail faster then we do and they are tright back in the prison industrial complex, proucing m,anufactued goods as slaves.
The Fortune Society is a joke, so what do we do to employ the unemployable?????(those with felonies)

We can't collectively employ the "law abiding Sisters and Brothers" amongst us.

So those with felonies are in even more dire straights.

We can't even feed ourselves, let alone employ ourselves.

We have no jobs for our babies.

We have no jobs for our youth.

We have no jobs for each other.

We must collectively go to the white man, if we want to work.

Under these circumstances, we will forever be at the mercy of the slave master (and his children).

That is, until we create the jobs (and all things) that we need.

I'm with you Brother Natinr ... i've heard, Black Men with no criminal record at all, are less likely to be given the opportunity of gainful employment, than a white, convicted criminal. If a Brother can get a job, after being convicted of a crime, he's a rather rare exception to the rule.

It's way bad.
