1 medium sized bag of dark green salad mix. I found the kind with carrots, broccoli and pea pods already in it. But if that's not available you can buy these items separately
1 avocado
1 large navel orange
1 small jar green olives. Make sure you don't get the kind with the pits in them. I accidentally swallowed one and had to go to the er
1/2 large jar pickled cauliflower
1/2 chopped red or purple onion
2 tablespoons minced garlic or the equivalent freshly chopped garlic cloves

Halve the olives and break the cauliflower and orange into small pieces them just mix everything together in a very large bowl. Cut the avocado in half and dig out the insides to put on top of the salad. then put the lid on the bowl and shake everybody up real good.

For dressing ready made ranch is good or you can make your own with olive oil, lemon juice and ground black pepper
