One area of focus for M.E. which I picked up from the article was this:

"Africa’s vast resources and labor have enriched and developed capitalism in Europe and North America for centuries, while leaving most Africans impoverished..."

The U.S has done some of their best work from a distance.

Good for them! Hopefully they can keep U.S. faaaaaaaar away from their continent all together. U.S. anywhere but U.S. will only cause complete and total chaos.
