I have a mini afro. I cant wait until my hair grows out like the ladies above!

Thank you for posting these timeless natural beauties; they inspire me. As of today, I am proud to say I have 6.5 inches of fluffy, beautiful (new) growth, since Oct '06! Garsh, I can't wait till it starts crawling down my back. I don't care what texture it is ( I prefer natural), just gimme gimme gimme the length!

Thanks for joining us and sharing! I've never had twists before, but they are really cute! I saw a Brother with some just the other day, freshly done, and i got to touch them ... they were oh so soft ... kinda helped one of the twists, twist back like it was spoze to be! :D

Thanks for the admiration Sister ... :love: ... i can't even wear that same afro anymore, my hair has grown too long for that now ... but hmmm ... as i think on it, i could probably do one right after washing my hair ... don't comb it out ... just oil my scalp and pack it down into a tight fro ... and let it dry like that ... but of course it would be suicide, when it came time to comb it out! :eeek:

Me and hair styles have never really gone together very well. I'm not creative when it comes to such things, and don't put lots of time into my hair, i never have ... so my "styles" are simple ... basically letting (as if i have control over it) my hair go whichever way it wants!
