I'm expecting adult behavior, from adults. I'm expecting for grown adult men and women to recognize for themselves, that it's best to limit contact with some individuals, and focus on those who they have positive interactions with.

I feel like i'm in an elementary school yard, breaking children up from fighting with each other. Each one says, they hit me first! You both are acting very juvenile, in my opinion. Even though Sister Spicy is a Moderator, she's a relatively new one, and deserving of time to grow to the place that i believe she'll get to. In addition, when someone begins talking about each other's husbands, wives, Family, all bets are off. Forget being a Moderator, they are going to want to respond to such, as would anyone ... (though i do expect her to contain herself, as best she can).

Yall are playing with each other's Families, using them as pawns and weapons in your fights, and then you want me to come in and ... do what?! What am i suppose to do with this, when yall don't have the wherewithal to steer clear of it?

For the record, no, the word Negro does not offend me, nor does Negress. I've been called both in the community, and other Members got mad at me, for not getting offended. I don't have the level of sensitivity, i suppose, that some people do. The way i figure it, God gave everyone a mouth, to say whatever they please. I have had more opportunities than i can count, to go on and on about what someone else said about me ... but putting my energy in those places does nothing for the collective good of my people. I've never given you or anyone the impression (i don't believe), that Premium Membership entitles you to tell me what to do. I've been managing this community for 10 years, and while i'm open to all suggestions for improvement, i will not respond positively to demands such as this.

Who becomes a Moderator in this community, and remains a Moderator, has always been (ultimately) my and their decision. I'm not about to relinquish that to you or anyone.

Brother O ... yes, you told me, and i'm glad you did. This way you can see what i have to deal with, what i need in order to feel comfortable reprimanding, suspending, or banning a Member, because of a particular situation.

Every Member is encouraged and welcome to bring a complaint, if they feel justified in doing so, but it doesn't mean they're going to win. It's just like filing a lawsuit, sorta, as anyone can do it, but it doesn't mean they'll be victorious. Presenting the complaint is only the first step, after that, the evidence you share must support the claim you're making, or there's little i can do with it.

If it can easily be seen that you contributed to the disruption, fueled it, kept it going, continued the back and forth ... well ... that makes both of you guilty ... not just her. Whatever reprimand she receives, it would be only right that you receive the same. Even though she is a Moderator, all Members, including Moderators and Administrators, must abide by the rules and help maintain the peace.

You presented your complaint, but failed to show your innocence in the matter. You didn't show us where you've tried all you could to avoid her, and she just keeps harassing you. You're not innocent in this, and so, i can't jump all over her, just because you were the first to bring the official complaint. You both are wrong. You both have been disruptive, and unfortunately, this hurts your case against her.

If a Member wants to prove that someone else is the disruptive one, they really can't have 'blood' on their hands.

So again, i'm glad you brought the complaint, so you can see what is needed to win one in the future. Not only you, but every Member, as this applies to all.

Don't play a part in the disruption, if you're going to complain about the disruption later.

I will talk to Sister Spicy, as Moderators are held to a higher standard, and must maintain that, in order to remain on the TEAM.

Since I cannot find the thread I addressed to you in the Open Forum, I will use this one for a "Management" concern.

First of all, thanks for honoring my request regarding my premium membership status and web site link.

Secondly, I attempted to update my email address for those who desire to contact me since I can no longer send or recieve PM's. I attempted twice and cannot use the "OmowaleX" profile because I have not recieved the link to confirm my email.

Third, I noticed that my "rep points" are now at zero. Since I have not been technially "banned" and requested a change in membership status, this concerns me. But that's okay. No explanation is required or needed.

Fourth, since it's not visible to me, can you provide the link to the thread entitled "Sister Destee". It seems to be "hidden" from view and I would appreciate it I can at least view it.

As a matter of fact, you're the only Member that received 2 Member Names with Premium Membership status, for the price of one.
