I had problems all last week accessing Destee.
I called the Phone Company Tech Control (DSL), and my Computer person.

I have no problems accessing other sites.

Friday nite Poetry nite I accessed Destee but got knocked out.

I tried three different servers and I am not able to access Destee. I am on now because I guess it can be called a Break through.

I have spoken to three other warriors who have problems accessing Destee. Two due to their password, and one due to the same problems I have accessing Destee.

and i called several friends who also couldn't get in

i'm just speaking of last night

It's OK...I am sure it was some type of error. Thankfully, we are back here now. I too failed to access the Fam on many occasions last night and this morning...I was starting to think the University Information Technology Dpeartment became jealous of the Knowledge and Wise-dom shared by the Fam, and decided to dis-able it...LOL...

Sister Goddess Auset ... i've posted a thread about the downtime we experienced last night and this morning ... Downtime Friday Night Saturday Morning (http://destee.com/forums/showthread.php?t=49641) ... that explains what we were going through during that time.

I'm not aware of any other issues that might keep you or anyone from accessing the site at other times.

You say you had problems all last week? Are you still having those problems? If so, can you detail the experience for me, so i can try to trouble-shoot it. It's difficult to do anything with ... "i had problems accessing the site" ... when the site is up, and i'm not able to duplicate the problem. So i need details, like what does it say when you can't get here, what happens, what page do you see ... please give me as much information as possible, since i can't see what you're seeing.

The two Members that are having trouble logging in, because of their password. Please tell me who they are, and if they have forgotten their password, we can re-issue them new ones. I don't have access to passwords, so i can't tell them what it was, but i can give them a new one. In addition, oftentimes, password / login issues are related to cookies and cache. Please encourage them to delete their cookies / cache (http://destee.com/forums/showthread.php?t=48622), and see if that fixes the problem for them. If it is in fact a password issue, we should be able to easily resolve this, by issuing them a new one.

You say there is another Member experiencing the same trouble as you, not being able to access the site. Is this during the downtime last night / this morning, or is it all last week, like you spoke of? If it's last night / this morning, hopefully they can get back now. If not, i'll need to know the details of their experience as well, as i've not seen that and can't duplicate it.
