Do you think that the people who created the Ifa knew about the Tree of life?

Do you think they incorporated the Tree of Life in their systems when it first came out?

It is my Knowledge that they were well aware of the cosmogonical significance of the phenomenon that the phrase "The Tree of Life" has been used to conjur up. I say that because the arrangment or blueprint of correspondences we are speaking of has been called all sorts of names concerning the uniting of heaven with earth (allegorically speaking).
