i know i will benefit from the use of it.

i love herbs and i was looking for a way to utilize some comfrey.

one other thing, does the root chakra strengthen without having any intimacy or do you need to practice abstainance while working on the root chakra?

when my significant other is away, i watch a lot of t.v. shows about sex and abstainence. there are so many benifits in both and like a friend of mine said, "It also depends on who you're sleeping with." some people drain and some people contain. Abstainence for me is a way to make the next time that much better.
