I propose a format change. Instead of having regularly scheduled chats every week, we host chats as needed with specific topics in mind.

Anyone could host a brothers chat when they felt the need to build on a particular topic.

Boycott Rap's topic is a perfect example. One chat night, scheduled and communicated in advance, one topic. Done.
