How To Delete Cookies and Cache From Your Browser


Instructions For Internet Explorer

In the menu bar at the top of the browser:

1. Click TOOLS

2. Click INTERNET OPTIONS

A window will pop up ... in the center of it you will see ... TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES

3. CLICK DELETE COOKIES ... (if you've never done this, it may take a moment) ... a small window will appear, click OK

4. Click DELETE FILES ... (if you've never done this, it may take a moment) ... a small window will appear, put a check mark in DELETE ALL OFFLINE CONTENT, then click OK

5. CLOSE THAT WINDOW

6. LOG INTO DESTEE


Instructions For Firefox

In the menu bar at the top of the browser :

1. Click TOOLS

2. Click CLEAR PRIVATE DATA

A window will pop up ...

3. Put a check mark in ... COOKIES ... and ... CACHE

4. Click on CLEAR PRIVATE DATA NOW ... (if you've never done this, it may take a minute)

5. CLOSE THAT WINDOW

6. LOG INTO DESTEE
