1 very large can peaches, 10 maraschino cherries
1 small can apricots, 1/3 cup melted butter
1 very large can pears, 3/4 cup brown sugar
3 small cans pineapple, 2 tsp. curry powder
Drain fruit well. Mix butter, brown sugar and curry powder. Place fruit in
shallow baking dish, hollow side up. Dot all over with butter and sugar
mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, basting very frequently. Cool and
refrigerate for at least 1 day. Warm over at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
