Are You Clean Inside?

"Death Begins In The Colon"
You probably never heard about this before as this is literally the dirtiest secret in America today.
Don't believe it? Ask any coroner. Autopsies often reveal colons that are plugged up to 80 percent with waste material.

What a wonderful Sister Chat!!! Soulfareal had a wealth of information pertaining to the importance of maintaining a healthy colon. She spoke of the many disorders and diseases that can be traced back to improper or inadequate elimination. She also communicated how there are herbal remedies that can naturally cleanse our colons.
Sister soulfareal has agreed to present a topic involving health and wellness once a month in Sister Chat. As much of a blessing as this is, I feel, and I'm sure the other sisters in attendance would agree, this sister should have her own class. She has such an abundance of information to share. :)
So, thank you again soulfareal, thank you queentswana for providing us with such relaxing music, and thanks to all the sisters who took the time to join us.

Peace!
"Watz"
