Serves 6 to 8
Melt in a medium skillet until the foam subsides:
4 to 8 Tbls. unsalted butter
Add:
1 cup dry unseasoned breadcrumbs
1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
Cook, stirring, until the breadcrumbs begin to brown.
Stir in:
1 Tbls. chopped fresh parsley
Toss with:
1 pound Egg Noodles cooked until tender but firm
Serve immediately.
