yeah spicy when i think of how we struggled to make a break through
to even hit radio wave and later some had the viewers from the ole
American Bandstand to the Soul Train wit Brother Don as the Host

Listening to the Voices and the music of the past is captured in it's essence
to lot of what we hear today in waves it's booty this and N that and B this
get up on it / lean wit it rock wit it / snap it pop it / shake what ya momma
gave ya but good sounds likes of....
Girl i love you, brickhouse, and house not a home seem all gone !

But The sound and voices still heard today black music had a way to live
spread itself over the years ............whewwwwww Ole skol i miss ya !

Yeah, when I first heard "Miss New Booty" by Bubba Sparxxx, I was disappointed that a whiteboy (of all people) can grab the mic and bring back the 90's booty music in 06'!!! I was always partial to 80's and 90's Soul, R&B, and even Soft Rock. No more Keith Sweat, Guy, Hi-5, ya know those bands that were 5 Brothers deep, who actually expressed their heart mind and soul to a Sister. What happened? I don't bother with the sugar-coated watered-down "R & B" you hear on the radio these days. I hated to admit to myself that our music is somewhat of a barometer of Black Love/relations in our communities:(

Long live Donnell Jones; Brian McKnight; Maxwell; and Kenny Lattimore (amongst others) for remaining loyal and committed to Black love over the airwaves:bowdown:
