This is an Open Forum. What do I see when I look around? Firestorms surrounding me in North Texas. My relatives in California dealing with torrential rains and flooding. My Family in New Orleans wiped out in the 7th and 9th Wards and now scattered from Florida to California.
Fires in north Texas. I wonder what GOD's judgement is for gwb's homestate and that death penalty execution of a Black woman a few months ago.
Floods in northern California. I wonder what GOD's judegement is for the governators' deny of Stanley "Tookie" Williams reguest for a stay of execution.
The aftermath of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. I wonder why GOD spared the Chex Vodun while wiping out Black Christian mainstay churches in predominately Black sections of NOLA. I wonder what GOD has to say about the unfolding plans in NOLA in regards to the increase in rents for the few Black folks who did remain that are now being evicted from their residences with no jobs and no where to go.
As the world turns and Black people are facing crisis in the very same areas which are the ancestral homes of my various family members, I wonder what GOD's judgement will be for those of us who stand by and cast stones at the very same Black folkwho are facing crisis.
More importantly. I wonder what GOD's judgement will be of the Black race standing in the Hall of Maat at the End of these Last Days.
