1 (28 ounce) can sweet potatoes, drained and cut up
1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling
1/2 teas. ground cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cups miniature marshmallows
Preheat oven to 350*F. Combine sweet potatoes, pie filling and cinnamon and pour into a greased, 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle nuts and coconut evenly over top and drizzle with butter. Bake for 20 minutes; top w/ marshmallows and bake for another 5 minutes or until marshmallows are toasted golden brown. Serves 8
