Most teenage boys like to leave hickies in order to "mark their territory". However I've never heard or seen a grown man leave a hicky on a woman. I don't think most "fellas" find hickies to be attractive. This is behavior more common to children, not adults. In fact, when I first noticed the title of this thread (on the home page), I assumed it was in the teen forum.

IMO, hickies are like tattoos to younger folks. It also depends on the amount of pressure the person applies. They only show on certain complexions.

IMO.. hickeys are on a person to person basis. i have never actually cared for them too tough; but i walk past something and lightly graze it i'm going to have a bruise. it is not going to take much pressure at all to 'brand me.'
