This morning I was thinking about the people who reside in Katrina's path. May God keep them out of harm's way.

For everyone watching the news for information on what is happening in New Orleans right now I have a very good web sight. There has been a levee break in Orleans parish. There have been a few reports of looting, but hopefully most people who are left in the city will use this time to pull together and help each other out.

I used to live there so I'm watching closely.

the power is out in mobile.
Destee may be gone for a while until they can get it back up.

The worst part about this is that New Orleans was reported as one of the poorest cities in the country! It seems to me that it has just gotten worse if that is the case!

She's been in chat..

Destee, is ok and doing fine...and family is safe...I just spoke with her.

She has no electricity from the storm and will return, once they restore it. She doesn’t know how long. She stated "it may be a few more days, before she is able to get back online".

But she is fine
