I just saw a documentary on HBO called Fists of Freedom: The Story of the '68 Summer Games. It was a great discussion about Black athletes' need to bring forth the plight of Black people in the U.S. by demonstrating at the '68 Summer Olympics.
If you get the opportunity, check it out. They also discuss George Forman and his actions at the '68 Summer Games and why our people cheered when Ali knocked him out in Zaire.
